I had to get a mortgage organised quite urgently and contacted TME for guidance and received polite, prompt and knowledgeable feedback. We moved forward with the application and everything was done in double quick time with the most competitive provider on the market. I received regular updates throughout and was hugely impressed with the service, would absolutely recommend TME to anybody that is seeking mortgage advice.

TME are a great team of professionals. I have used them on various occasions to obtain mortgages. The response and feedback is always timely, efficient and honest.

As an expat, mortgages can be daunting and uncertain however the team always make things simple and get the best rates available. They are transparent so easy to work with. Trust is not often easy to achieve with a customer but I can honestly say that these guys are the most trustworthy professionals you can find. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for a mortgage and often ask for advice outside of purchasing a mortgage. No questions are asked, just good solid advice is given which is why I keep returning.

Simply put, this is not only the best Mortgage Expert you will speak to, it may be one of the best companies you'll ever speak to (and no they didn't pay me to write this). A great company, with great customer service is rare these days, and these guys have it in spades. They really listened to us, what we were looking to get from a mortgage, insurance, life insurance, and took the time to explain it in simple terms. I went back with loads of questions, and each time the team took the time to explain, suggesting calls where they felt it would be more helpful. Alongside their helpfulness, the expertise is fantastic, it doesn't matter what area of need you have they can answer with ease. If I'm buying again, this is where I'll be coming. Ryan and his time have provided the absolute best service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Having had an IVA I was worried that we would not be able to get the mortgage we needed. Ryan talked through all of the options and held our hand through the process. Their patience was limitless when we changed our minds about a house purchase and had to start the process again (and again!) Lorraine also deserves big thanks for her prompt and swift dealing of queries and keeping us up to date at all stages, the communication from the team is second to none.

I've been using Debbie's services for around 15 years now. I have several buy to let properties as well as my own residential home and a second home, and Debbie has done every mortgage and re mortgage on all my properties since I was first introduced to her. I trust her completely. She has given me sound, smart advice over the years, that has seen me through life's many ups and downs! Advising cautious longer term products where appropriate and clever work arounds and shorter term products for more exciting, bold plans.

A great example of her care is that when our daughter recently had to undergo major epilepsy brain surgery to remove a benign tumour, Debbie, having organised all our insurance plans, heard about it, she rang me to advise that my husband and I would potentially be owed a critical illness payout each. We were indeed and are now planning the holiday of a lifetime for all of us, and are even able to put a chunk of money aside for our children. Her personal care and attention is just fantastic.
