I have just purchased a car from The Motor Company (Taunton), and recieved the best service. They were very helpful and efficient and lent over backwards to help get my car ready earlier than expected. They were professional and organised, the car was exactly as they described. I felt they were totally honest and open with me and can be relied upon. I highly recommend them as I am very satisfied with the service I have recieved from them. Regards Mark

Really good experience received at The Motor Company in Taunton. We had Dan as our Advisor who was fantastic throughout.
The car I purchased was cleaned inside and out. All scuffs were taken out and ready to be driven away on the date agreed.
I love the car and am very happy with the customer service showed by all staff. They certainly deserve the 5* and high average review.

Thank you Dan for helping us choose our new, second hand, car. Even though you are new to the team you were very knowledgable, helpful, professional, polite,friendly, as was all the team there. When we arrived to collect our car it was a lovely experience with the car being unveiled, and the paper work was very smoothly delt with. Dan then went over all the features with us, nothing was too much trouble for him even tuning the radio into our preferred station. Thank you to all at the Motor Company I will highly recommend your services to others.

Collected our new car yesterday from Dan we came all the way from Manchester. The car was absolutely perfect when we got there as Dan assured us it would be. The service was great from the very first phone call. This is a genuine family run business and a pleasure to do business with id highly recommend.

I went to the showroom on a Sunday, not expecting them to be open, but ended up buying a car. Dan made us really welcome and went out of his way to show us the vehicle and Karl gave us all our financial options. At no time were we pressured into making a decision and everyone went the extra mile to make this purchase a pleasurable experience. Thank you.

The service I received here was excellent I travelled down from London not expecting to change my car over… but it happened and I can’t thank the guys here enough! They weren’t pushy in any way shape or form allowed me time to think… gave me great service for my trade in and also my new car service mot paint work and 2 new tyres!! As someone who knew nothing about cars and how to look after them, the guys at the motor company Taunton looked after me so well. They were not pushy and actually just nice to be around. Special thanks to Dan Rawlings I now have a fantastic new car that I am in love with. Also they make a great cup of tea :).

I recently bought my first car through a finance deal and would like to thank Dan and Peter for being absolutely brilliant, chatty and helpful and making my experience one to remember.

Would like to thank Peter and Dan for their excellent service whilst purchasing my car yesterday. Having never been in their showroom, or met any of them face to face, I had complete faith in their expertise and efficiency. My husband collected the car as we live 150 miles away, and was met by Dan, at the train station. We would not hesitate to use them again, even though they are not local to us as service is more important than distance.

We went looking for a new car, originally a Mitsubishi shogun sport, we had a chat with the salesman Dan Rawlings and he was so helpful and knowledgeable that we ended up buying a new outlander hybrid.
Dan and the other guys were so helpful in every way and kept us informed every step of the way.
I would recommend their company to anyone and will be looking to use them again in the future when it’s time to change my wife’s car.

Excellent service from Dan, not pushy, told me what I needed to know and we did a fair deal. My vehicle was ready and waiting at the agreed time. Peter in finance was very polite and professional.

What a great team! Nothing was too much trouble very welcoming and professional will be using these guys for all my services even though they are 40 miles from my house.

Dan, Peter and the team have been outstanding through the whole process of buying my new car. I was very nervous and had no idea where to even start!!! Peter approached us on the forecourt and then Dan showed us a few cars which he thought I’d like. They went above and beyond quoting mine and my partners car also. Which was much appreciated. I have been able to go away from the garage having had my car for a whole week now and feel comfortable and safe in it. Dan took the time to show us all the extra things in the car such as the A/C which I didn’t have in my old car and all the mod cons!!! The test drive was comfortable and I didn’t feel pressured into buying the car. Which I felt had been at bigger companies we had been to that day. I would recommend Dan and the team to anyone. You have all been a pleasure and went above and beyond to get the car sorted for me as soon as you could. Was told I would be contacted before service to confirm.As I had heard nothing contacted garage day before service was due.Only to be told vehicle had not been booked in .In fairness to K & R they carried out service in the afternoon. Also was quoted £456 and Bill was £482 .Standard of work was good but really need to get there act together.

Dan Rawlings is an incredibly kind, funny and non-pushy salesman, and we had a great afternoon looking at many different electric cars with his assistance. Nothing was too much trouble, and he really helped us move forward our decision making. Sadly they didn't have in stock the car we wanted, but we waited a few weeks to see if they could get one in as we would have preferred to buy from him than anyone else. In the end that didn't work out, but even then, he was kind and friendly when we bought from elsewhere. Best salesman in the South West in my opinion!

The care, thoughtfulness & kindness shown to my elderly parents in their buying process was handled superbly by Dan & Peter who gave 'time' & space with informative language, no sales pressure, fairness, understanding & reassurance throughout. Thus leaving them with a hugely positive experience at The Motor Company as being well looked after, satisfied clients who are very pleased with their new Car which was presented excellently in every aspect & absolutely spotless.
