BAD Experience-Delayed
Paid for a Range Rover 57,000£ 25/12/25. Received it 8/4/26.
After i fully paid it, it appeared there was a problem with the dc/dc converter and had to wait four months to receive the car. I asked for a refund but that was not an option. So i waited... btw the first photos they advertised were fake and replaced them afterwards. The personel never calls back for updates.

Appalling, unethical, happy to rip off a 19 year old girl with additional needs, and leave her paying monthly finance on a car she cannot use due to the many faults! Will charm any customer until anything goes wrong, then will laugh in their face!
READ ALL the one star reviews on here for an accurate description of this bunch of conmen. The 5 star ones were probably mostly written by their family and friends. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned!
Great car excellent price
Bought a range rover evoque , and arranged for delivery, the delivery driver jim was a lovely chap, the car was as advertised if not better. A few minor hurdles along the way but overall a good experience and more importantly, really happy with the car

Called last Wednesday to arrange to view an Audi Q7 made arrangements to visit today (Saturday 10th August) traveled over an hour to get there, waited with Salesman for 20 mins , I asked where the vehicle was he told me they are bringing it from Milton Keynes. I said when will it be here, he called them and said they would be 40-45 mins or so, that meant over an hour and 1/4 late, I said we will leave it, salesman said do you want to go and get some lunch and when you come back it should be here, I said no thanks fella I will leave it, I got in my car and drive off, absolutely appalling service from them, wish I had read the reviews on here before I made arrangements now, total wast of a Saturday afternoon , will not be going back and will pass my dealings with them on to anyone who I can, disgraceful prospective customer service Avoid avoid avoid unless the car you want to look at is on the premises
Motorhouse Clapham Bedford
Motorhouse Clapham Bedford - purchased an Audi Q5 9 weeks ago. Made a quick call today raising concerns about an 'engine light' displaying. Was advised to pop in which I did. Staff patiently ascertained what the problem was. While I was 'on a roll' I mentioned two other irritating concerns, one of which ended up taking a while to fix! Staff were BRILLIANT and extremely patient. I drove away an extremely happy customer. Looking for a new car? I would HIGHLY recommend them! THANKS GUYS and Libby who took the initial call
Great Communication
I recently purchased a Peugeot 3008 for Motorhouse Bedford. There was a few teething issue (maybe I am just a fussy customer) However Libby was amazing she kept in regular contact and sorted me out with a fantastic courtesy car that I did not want to hand back whilst my car was repaired. Despite the teething issues I would highly recommend this garage. There communication is brilliant and I am now very happy with my purchase.

Phoned up to view a car told them I was on my way it would take me an hour and a half to get there as i was 70 miles away. I got there an hour and half later after travelling 70 miles to find out the car had been sold 30 minutes prior to my arrival.
Very poor customer service.
My experience with Alex at Motorhouse…
My experience with Alex at Motorhouse has been fantastic. He has helped me all the way through my purchase of my lovely Range Rover. He arranged delivery as I’m so far away and I felt confident to purchase from him without actually viewing the car. He answered every question, was so polite and nothing was too much trouble. The transaction was smooth and easy. My car was delivered to my door and it’s beautiful. I have extended warranty for three years so I can drive in confidence. I would definitely recommend Alex and his company to anyone looking for an honest dealer of superb cars. Thank you. 🤩

AVOID this company . Missing Service History
AVOID this company . I purchased vehicle from Motor House Bedford 6 weeks ago . They advertised vehicle with full service history . I've been promised to send this afterwards. I was calling every few days and until Today no response. It looks like I'm not the only one who had the same problem with service history . Unfortunately I've been forced to start legal action. I would NOT recommend this company.
Amazing!
Travelled over 350 miles to purchase a Range Rover sport - excellent service from the Motorhouse team (from start to finish) Alex is a great asset to the team who has informed me throughout the buying process. Highly recommend if you’re in the market to buy a new car!
I will be looking to come back to Motorhouse for my next car.
Great stuff!
10 out of 10
Travelled over 200 miles from Liverpool to see a car after speaking to Alex and the guy was top class. Kept me informed all the way and was always available when I called. Brilliant service .
Got warranty like lottery
we got finance there quickly, that's okay! But anything else afterwards is not. The warranty fix or reported complaints are useless!! If you have chosen the wrong car the dealer (Motorhouse Group LTD-Bedford) does not respond about the warranty that they have given verbally so don't be surprised, better to ask a written warranty because they can lie about warranty. It's been more than a month now and still nothing happens about my complaints. Choose another financer.(Jigsaw) and dealers. These guys don't care about costumer just money! They said buying car is like a Lottery so it means their warranty is like a lottery too! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid. I have small cracks on my headlight and when is rain is swimming in water. When I bought a car was dry so u cannot seen a problem. When I called few times always said it will solving. And sending back money buy new headlight. More then a month now nothing happened so I just think when a car is good thats okay. If have problem they don't care after selling.even saying 3 month warranty don't believe only if they're written down and signed.!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Due to not having a vehicle, I purchased the.vehicle subject to viewing the Vehicle.
When i turned up car was gleaming so far so good.
When looking round the Vehicle it was not as described. Stated there was a reversing camera ? Also stated a CD multichanger ? Full Service History ? Front N/S tyre was bald, which speaking to the gentleman he said this was legal as they had MOT the vehicle themselves,
Having being in the motor trade myself, I always want the vehicle serviced or at least oil and filter changed. Which was confirmed over the phone that either would be done.
I advised the salesman of this (which I believe he was a trainee) about the reversing camera, which was stated on the advert,.wasn't there ? I was told the best they could offer me was £50 as a good will gesture. Wasn't to worried about the multichanger. But was also told that they sometimes copy and paste.from auto trader for specifications of their VEHICLES ?????
I advised the salesman I had forgotten my reading glasses,.so didn't really know what paperwork they were giving me as I couldn't see much.
Driving home I noticed a misfire as I put my foot down on the acceleration, which I rang them and advised straight away. As I live in Bedford its a way to go to to get your car checked. Next issue was the run tyre flat came up on my dash board (which isn't covered by the warranty as it was the sensors which had gone.
Now I am just under my warranty as I took it out on the 12th May, had a call today advising it will run out on the 11th.
Rang the dealership on the 9th August, I believe i.was passed onto the Manager. I advised that now my service light has now come up ? To be honest from the beginning of the conversation I could feel the Gentleman I was speaking to was not very happy. I advised about the service light being on. And then this is when the attitude started, I was told that if it was serviced then the book would of been stamped, if not then check my paperwork because if they had done anything then they would of supplied a copy of reciept
I advised I didn't have my glasses with me on the day but the salesman advise an oil and filter was done. I.was again told the same thing, and then told if you have no paperwork then we haven't done anything to the vehicle ?
I then said what type of Company are you running here ? As its sounds as if you tell the customer everything to keep them happy, then when they are gone you don't care !! And it sounds like urd running a dodgy business here. Then put the phone down.
I had a call back but as I answered the phone the Gentleman I was speaking to, I overheard him say let me deal this F-in idiot first, as you can imagine I was fuming, and repeated to him what he had said. To which he tried to reply if you heard the whole conversation then you would known I was speaking about you ? In which we started arguing and I advised him of my consumer rights. And was told do what you F-in like so I put the phone down again. In which hey tried to call me again which I didn't answer.
I did though give it 10 minutes and tried calling back in a calm manner to get this sorted, to find out I was blocked. So I whatsapped them and asked if we could now talk civilised to one another to get this matter resolved.
To have a reply that he wouldn't accept any aggression or abuse towards his staff ? And as far as he was concerned the matter was closed.
To anyone buying a used Vehicle, do not forget you have your Consumer rights to fall back on. As all vehicles be Road worthy !!
Also if you look at this dealerships all the negative feedback it seems, to be covered up very quickly with all 5× feedbacks ? Just seems strange for a dealership/Garage MOT centre with not a Great deal of stock ?
Great customer service
Great customer service, second to none, experienced staff, courteous, such a clean, tidy, organised environment and they do what they say and to tight time scales.
I can not thank them enough. Recommended to me by an AA patrol man, whom I have also messaged to convey my thanks.
Great team.
Best car dealership we've dealt with
nice and easy to deal with, no pushy sales tactics.
