Wish my property had gone up £103,000 in 3 years like this website suggests.

Why on earth does anyone bother looking at these prices. Talk to an estate agent or do your own research. Don't trust a computer algorithm, Zoopla and many more too - they're all rubbish!

How on earth can they value a property without knowing what improvements have been made? This site has valued our property over £400,000 LESS - yes, less than we've had it recently valued for - absolute joke

My agent said there prices are a joke i was going to give an appropriate review asking them what planet are they on but it looks like everyone has beaten me to it

My experience of this Company like so many of the folk on here is that they are advertising a property without permission I own it. The photographs they are using No permission, the value completely wrong has no basis in reality. The Company Director uncontactable staff have been contacted repeatedly told to take my property off their website - they just refuse. When will this dishonest site from this unrepeatable unaccountable company be shut down.

the valuation of a property in TQ2 is way overvalued at about 390,000 I think . The property was listed for sale at 365.000 recently and price reduiced to 350,000 a few days ago ! My house is uo for sale too and have reduced price 3 times as really bad time to sell ( wry smile) . Themove market shows my neighbour's house ( almost identical to mine) as havbing a value way over mine . silly really IMO

I would give it zero star if I could. Legal action shall be launched against this website for the damage its misinformation has caused.

Absolute joke. The information they are giving out is inaccurate, false and misleading to potential buyers. Valuations are wrong ( this was proven in our last sale and also with our current home ) They have no knowledge of the property or what improvements have been made. They are telling potential buyers how much we would accept! Nonsense website. Do not use!

Still awful. Their data is wrong and they have no inclination to correct it. I have sent them correct information on a number of occasions over the past 7 months.

Horrendously incorrect algorithms used for this website that has both over valued and under valued property in my area, including my own which was backed up by 4 agents. This site hurts those trying to sell. Do not use this site.

Some of these reviews are hilarious. Mostly people getting shortly about their property being under valued... Probably because they're narcissistic and worried their pals might see. For me it's a good indicator, of course if you've done lots of home improvements, your property is likely to be worth more. Pretty good tool though

Valuations based on incorrect data providing misleading and incorrect data. Valued £25k lower than the banks own valuation. Not a reliable source and would not recommend.

House undervalued by £32000. Old pictures with old kitchen etc. Recent real valuation £425k yet they say £393k!! Who is making up this rubbish

The information is not correct.

My house is grossly undervalued - the pictures are nearly 10 years old and don't show a number of expensive upgrades - this company should not be allowed to misrepresent properties in this way - plus they can't be contacted. Even worse than Zoopla, who can be contacted and at least don't show properties if they haven't got up to date details.

Property singled out and listed without permission. Seriously undervalued because apparently ours is worse than anyone else`s in the area! (Not true). If anything it`s the opposite, and to be honest from their info would put someone off wanting to purchase. Also listed as leasehold when it`s freehold. Never had any dealings with this company and have never had property up for sale since living here. (Purchased as new build 6 years ago). They seem to me to be deliberately targeting nice properties and undervaluing out of spite. Like many of the other reviewers here we have made improvements to the property and it has been impeccably maintained throughout.

I am appalled at this company reviewing my property without my permission undervaluing my home by thousands of pounds. I have spent so much on my property gym, cinema massive garage huge blocked parking for 4 cars at least , large orangery and they value it from 2004 without any contact whatsoever. If I could give these unprofessional zero stars I would they make me so mad obviously ripoffs.

Agree with all the negative reviews on the basis I searched the web for a friend's house and found badly wrong info there. The 'valuation' was very out of date, and used to say the property is overpriced for the area which is untrue. I would not touch this lot with a barge pole, it's made to look good, as websites can, but has no value as info because it's very misleading. 1 of the only 2 4-star reviews was so negative someone was obviously so upset they jabbed the wrong button! All the rest would be 0 or negative stars if TrustPilot allowed you to award them, and people should know (my reason for even giving 1 star)! Calls itself an auction site but is merely mucking about with bits of info already updated in the public domain. Look them up on CrunchBase for info (not Companies House.)

Like many others have posted, my property has also been listed on their website along with images that I did not provide nor consent to them using. Aside from providing a utility bill, which I am not comfortable providing to an organisation I have never made contact with before, there seems to be no simple way to contact them in order to get these removed.

Has anyone managed to receive a response from this company in regards to the same issue?

The information is wildly inaccurate and bears no resemblance to my property value,nor it appears to anyone else's!
They use the falsehood of providing accurate information,it's clearly a scam in order to facilitate a devaluation!
Not content with using out of date/incorrect details, they do so without permission!
Impossible to contact, remove or amend it's a crooks charter!
They have systematically over a protracted period completely tried to negate the excellent marketing of two local, knowledgeable and reputable agents.
At a time when values have and still are historically high,they present what appears to be viable information to devalue by as much as possible!
Having been a director of my own company, working with builders and developers all my working life, inc many of my own Property redevelopment projects,multiple properties developed professionally by myself it's absurd!
My own energy efficient eco home devalued by The Move Market.com by around 100k!!!
Trading standards must investigate along with the Police.
Be assured you will not find a shred of useful information to make informed choices to purchase,it's purely a devaluation tool, to be used as leverage as the market cools!
Stay safe and avoid any affiliate contacts promoting goods or services, particularly housebuying/investors?
Read all the negative reviews and you will not see one genuine positive review!
No idea where this companies revenue streams are legitimately created?
No information on Companies House, working directors etc, nothing because its a fake i believe?
Anyone with information about the Directors of this outfit I'd be grateful to receive,i amongst others are collecting info intending to seek redress through the courts 💯 %

Completely inaccurate valuation of my house, plus pictures displayed from when I put my house on the market 8 years ago! which are now no longer accurate as have re decorated and installed new flooring since then. I cannot contact this company to remove.
