Amazing, I get all my guitar repairs done by Paul and can't suggest him enough.

A great store!!! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff, a cracking range of new and used gear and at decent prices too... Whether you're buying online or in person, the Music Bank is well worth a look...and definitely well worth paying a visit!!!

I think the measure of a company is what they do when something goes wrong. I recently had an amp in for repair and wasn't happy with the result. There was an issue to resolve and all the staff I spoke to were very helpful including ringing me back with suggestions to help me find the fault. The next morning the manager rang me back and agreed that the amp was not at fault and gave me a part refund. I am very pleased and I can't recommend this shop highly enough. They are brilliant.

Excellent shop for instruments, parts, servicing & even tutoring. I've bought three guitars from them & many accessories. I've had guitars serviced & set up & every time the customer service has been exemplary.

Ordered a left-handed entry level Tanglewood for my daughter online. The packaging was robust and the multi-point pre-dispatch checklist included, provided additional peace of mind. The guitar itself is excellent, was well priced and the free postage was much appreciated. 10 out of 10 all day long!

I took my Jackson SDX Adrian Smith signature model guitar in for repair.
The neck pickup wasn’t working and I had accidently put a dent in the underside of neck.
I’m extremely pleased with the repair. The neck now plays like new and the pickup sings again.
The repair was completed in good time, and the cost was very reasonable.
I’d highly recommend The Music Bank in Knaresborough for anyone needing any work like this done. I will be trusting them with my guitars in the future.

The Music Bank in Knaresborough has been fantastic. They were very accommodating when we booked trial lessons for our 7-year-old daughter, and Matilda felt happy and confident from the start. By the end of the trials she knew exactly what she wanted to begin with — piano — and we can’t wait for her to start. It’s the kind of place where you can breathe and hear music the moment you step inside.

I traded in my Martin guitar and bought a new Faith guitar through the Music Bank recently Throughout Nathan kept me informed and was very helpful for example about the packing and posting process. It all worked well. So I have a beautiful new guitar and they gave me a fair price for my old one. Very happy customer. No hesitation in recommending The Music Bank. Six stars!

I was absolutely delighted with the service from the Music Bank. They promptly answered a query I had about a guitar I was interested in on their website. I then bought the guitar and was really pleased with the fast delivery. The guitar was everything they had described it to be, and the price was great too. Will definitely buy from them again.

We visited the Music Bank whilst on holiday in Knaresbrough in October they were so knowledgeable and helpful. When deciding on a Xmas present for our son we had to use the music bank as they were excellent, it’s refreshing to see that there are still local music shops around pls support them as the will be gone if people do not use their services.

Really enjoying learning a new skill here, playing bass. Friendly and knowledgeable tutor and very patient. Necessary for me. Highly recommended.

Haven't opened the packaged guitar yet, but all delivered on time and with care. Guitar is a present for 8 year old son for Christmas.

Bought this guitar on basis of their description of item Required guitar quickly to honour playing commitments. Arrived quickly. But guitar unplayable. Sharp fret ends, reverse bow neck, incorrect pickup height. Sorted what I could to make playable and used for gigs. would have returned immediately but needed to use item. Guitar has now been left with my guitar guy for full setup and fret dress which will cost me about half what the guitar cost me. First and last experience with this company.

I have docked one star for using Parcelforce, who were rubbish. Nothing you could do and perhaps my experience was uncommon. No doubt you monitor the service. Most importantly, my Grandson is delighted with the case.
