Good service
I’d just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at The Music Bank Knaresborough for a brilliant service.
I had an issue with a Hofner left handed violin bass that had a fault on it, the bass was promptly sent back to Hofner for repair, it was all taken care of in a professional way by Nathan the store manager. On return to yourselves Paul your guitar technician kindly gave me a call to say he had tested the guitar and it and it was ready for posting back to me, we had a bit of a chat about guitars and that is always nice.
For me a company is only as good as the service they provide and that is what you all did.

Quality service …
I've had 3 guitars restringed and serviced recently with no complaints. Very good service, quick turnaround. Took another guitar in for 1 string and it was fixed there and then. A brilliant shop and all staff are friendly and knowledgeable and easy to chat with. Would highly recommend

A name from the past, still working and needing immediate professional service on three guitars, which is exactly what l got. Paul breathed the kiss of life into my old Matrix and brightened my two Yamaha's.
Nathan kept the ball in the air and l left happy.

Superb guitar setup
Excellent service as always I had my epiphone wildkat booked in for a setup the guitar now plays beautifully and will no longer just stay sat in its case. I also picked up a few other bits and would 100% recommend music bank.
