Excellent company and outstanding customer service.
There was a misunderstanding regarding my order, as the confirmation made it appear that the sign could switch between white and red. After contacting them, they reviewed the situation, acknowledged the misunderstanding, and remade the sign completely at their own expense.
The product itself is exceptional. The build quality is outstanding, and the final result not only met but exceeded my expectations.
Mistakes can happen, but taking responsibility and putting the customer first is what makes a company truly exceptional. The owner was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
I highly recommend The Neon Company, not only for the quality of their products but also for their integrity and customer care.

Sign looked great in the photos I was…
Sign looked great in the photos I was sent, however I don’t think it looks very good when turned on, all you can see is the neon part and the actual background kind of disappears.
Update: company reached out and remade the sign and added more “neon” to the sign. Looks great now.
