My custom designed sign came out AMAZING! There was a small goof regarding one of the colors, but they made me another sign at no-charge given that the error was on their end. Fantastic customer service and they truly went the extra mile. I would recommend them to anyone looking for LED Neon!

Cant recommend this company, initially offer was way too high, after 4 weeks of waiting they went down 50%, it feels like a ripoff, did not order and would not recommend ordering here.

Brilliant company and customer service there was a slight problem with my order but dawn and the team quickly rectified it and im one happy customer i would certainly order from this company again thanking the team so much especially Dawn .

bought a pretty large custom neon sign inspired by a TV series, and I’ve had it for over a year now. I still love it.

The sign is over 150 cm wide and came in two parts, but once assembled, you really can’t see the connection. Assembly was easy, although definitely better with two people because of the size.

It looks really cool, the dimming works perfectly — especially at around 10% in my bedroom — and it makes no sound at all, which was important to me.

I’ll give them 5 star in the end.

I was going to place my order, but then the browser/webside got stucked, so I had to refresh the site and do the purchase again. But after updating the webside, the wrong color got placed on my order and I realized that right after purchasing. I sent them two mails the minute after purchase on two different mail support, and I also contacted them on WhatsApp. I’ve never received any email back on either of those I’ve sent. But they replied quickly the day after on WhatsApp and said they were going to produce my item in the color I first attended to order. Then after finally receiving the item after some weeks, I received the wrong color on the Neon. I contacted the support on WhatsApp and they responded quickly and apologized. They gave me an email and said I needed write a mail so they could try to solve my problem there. We agreed on they sending me a new item with the right color, and finally after some more weeks. I finally received my item and this time the right color! So it was a little bit of a roller coaster from the day I placed my first order. But like I said, at the end I’ll give them 5 stars. They did solve my problem, the customer support was great and did everything they could to help me out! So I’m very pleased and the Neon sign looks very good! Thanks again, The Neon Comapny!

Great quality signs that doesnt flicker on camera. Robust and easy to handle. The company was responsive and easy to deal with and the signs came out just like we wanted for a reasonable price.

Very professional company. The helped me with the design within a few hours. The first sign was a little damaged ( I guess because of transportion) but the quickly replaced it. I can recommand!

Paid in Full – No Delivery, No Response for Weeks

I placed an order with The Neon Company on 17 July 2025 for a Custom LED Neon Design (Invoice No. 2025 / 6864) and paid the full amount of €196.35 immediately.

Since payment was made, I have received no updates, no shipping confirmation, and no replies to my inquiries. For weeks, I have tried to contact the company via their website contact form and multiple WhatsApp messages – all completely ignored.

It is unacceptable that after taking full payment, the seller goes silent and provides no information whatsoever about the order status. This level of customer service is simply unprofessional and deeply concerning.

I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. At this point, I am left with no product, no communication, and my money gone – and I will be escalating this matter to consumer protection and payment service authorities.

They were responding fast and kind. Professionally working with me to get it in the right way and I am super happy with the result!!

We have ordered a complex Neon for our leisure indoor park and the product is really in line with our expectations : well finished, really big, nice colors, bright, and makes a great effect on our customers. I highly recommend and will for sure order in the future other Neon to The Neon Company !
