Avoid The NE Property Group – Negligent & Untrustworthy

I paid a sourcing fee for a sourced holiday let/serviced accommodation property, trusting NE Property Group to do their job (bare minimum) and verify lease terms. They failed and I was later informed holiday lets were prohibited, leading to threats of legal action against me from block management and £6,600+ in losses.

Instead of taking accountability, they ignored my emails and Clare Tarry offered a laughable “£1000 discount" as a "good will gesture" on another deal while still charging full fees of £3000. Obviously that was declined as I wouldn't wish to work with such a rude and incompetent company again.

Court proceedings have now begun.

They lack professionalism, integrity, and due diligence (which is the whole purpose of hiring a deal sourcer). If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs!

Lesson learnt - nothing beats your own due diligence.

Sourced property only for it to be illegally sub-let as a holiday let without the landlords permission - breaching the terms of the lease, mortgage and insurance. Now facing a costly legal battle. Avoid!
