Do not trust this company with your money! They will sell you the dream at any cost and once they have your money they will stop replying. Please stay clear.

Worst experience ever! Illegally sub let a sourced deal without the landlords consent and packaged it to us. We invested a lot of money into the deal for it all to be lost when the landlord found out what was going on!! Shocking! Can’t believe they are still in business.

Clare at the NE Property Group is hands down the best deal sourcer I have ever worked with. She provides excellent service anywhere from great communication and prompt responses to being able to sort out all issues that arise. It is clear to see that she is both talented and has exceptional experience when it comes to client relationships. Definitely recommend and will definitely be in touch again!

We would not recommend this company, or Noah specifically, to anyone! They sourced us a deal earlier this year which we have recently found out (via the landlord) was an illegal contract without the landlords permission. The NE Property Group have been taking our rent for the past 3 months and have not paid the landlord, so the locks have now all been changed on the property and we no longer have access to it. The arrangement has been ceased with immediate affect and as a start up company we are thousands of pounds down on this property. The landlord also informed us that all of the furnishings were already in the property and therefore we do not own them (despite paying NE Group for them). We have requested the sourcing fee and furnishings cost back from NE but we have been ignored to date. We will be seeking legal action via courts to settle.

Clare was very proffesional and made sure I got a property in my hands asap, the process was very simple and I recommended this company to anyone starting up their rent2sa journey, Clare, thank you for your hard work!

I had been speaking with Clare for roughly 8 months while I was building my knowledge of R2RSA and I finally decided to take on my 1st property in July this year. I couldn’t fault Clare’s communication and work ethic, she works around the clock and always responds to queries and questions (and I had quite a few of those with it being my 1st property😑) she has the patience of a saint.

I’ve had issues with the management company used and Clare has always tried to help however; there is only so much she can do.
I would recommend Clare 😊

The booking process seemed easy with pablo, paid for a property to rent for a show i was attending. Didnt receive any confirmation i had booked. The show was then cancelled and due to their policy (which was in the confirmation i hadnt received) you cant obtain a refund only to use as a credit. Which is all well and good if they will respond to emails, texts or calls to use up this credit. Incredibly rude company and would never recommend

Dealt with Evan and he was excellent throughout. Helped with all questions and communicated very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Would recommend to anyone looking to take on any property deals.

I dealt with Clare and I can highly recommend her as a sourcer. I am very glad I found her. She was extremely efficient and helpful, very fast with all required communication. It was a pleasure working with her.

Worked with Clare on a deal. Had a lot of back and forths with landlord and client however we worked really well to ensure both parties were happy. She is a great sales person, good communicator, great at following up. Great negotiatior, honest and great professional altogether. Would definitely work with her again.
