I ordered the Burgerchef car puzzle over 2 weeks ago and so far have received nothing..Everytime i phone them all i get is a busy signal,,they never answer the telephone or reply to my e-mails..I feel i have been scammed like many others on there reviews,,but they continue to advertise there products on the internet and should be investigated and shut down....

Absolutely do not order anything from this place. THey missed up my order and will not answer any emails. They are scammers.

Pretty much the same as everyone has said. Ordered a puzzle. It was too expensive and took well over a month to get it. It was a piece of junk. Trying to get my money back through PayPal, but they can not reach them either.

Just a repeat of what everyone has said about Peakbers. com. Ordered one puzzle, took 2 months to receive and it was the wrong puzzle. Poor quality, high price and zero assistance from PayPal. PayPal waited for over a month of my escalating case, until finally I finally received a puzzle and dismissed my case. Do not order anything from this company. Puzzles are made and shipped from CHINA! They are Cheats.

I ORDERED 3 PUZZLES FROM THEM AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING. READING OTHER REVIEWS I THINK I HAVE JUST LOST MY MONEY. IS THERE ANY SUGGESTIONS OTHER THAT DO'T BUY FROM THEM.

BUYER BEWARE. Also known as TJ Media, Peakbers. They are not a legitimate company. They sent me the wrong product. It was extremely cheap quality, over priced shipping that takes 2 months to arrive. Zero customer service. Avoid the aggravation. Save your money.

Ordered 2 puzzles a month ago and yet to receive them or notification of any type regarding the delay of this order. Since it is not a BBB business what are my options to get a refund or merchandise ordered? The one star rating above...does not earn even 1/50% of one star!

I ordered a jigsaw puzzle and storage pad over a month ago and still have not received it. Was charged 9.95 shipping which was supposed to be free. They do not answer the customer number in their email. I reported them to the BBB.

I ordered a puzzle a month ago and haven't heard a word from them, I sent e-mails, called them and nothing.
I also would like to mention that they advertise free shipping, but they charged me a extra $9.95 for shipping. So I filed a claim against there company, waiting to hear back.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!

This is a dreadful scam from China. Stay well clear of various similar looking websites. I paid $49.95 for 2 puzzles and they sent me 2 different ones. After emailing a number of times without reply, I escalated it up through the PayPal resolution centre. Their response is that I have to pay for a tracked package return of the goods to China and I will get my money back. Dreadful experience.

I wish I'd looked on here before ordering a jigsaw I liked the look of before Christmas. No luck getting hold of the seller and after coming across this review site realised I've been scammed :-(

Take my money and run! I didn't order anything and yet I was charged for 2 puzzles for a total of $49.95. I used PayPal and they aren't helping me at all. I am furious!!

I ordered 2 puzzles, paid through PayPal. PayPal receipt says payment made to TJ Media. Received my bank statement and it shows payment made through PayPal to: HE NAN SHENG TA JIANG WANG LUO JI.
My first thought was "Oh No, coming from China. So I called the Contact Number on
which the prefix is in Washington DC. (202) 738-4395. The guy on the phone said he was in California and said items come from California. Pretty strange if you ask me.

I emailed them both and got same reply "Don't worry, item(s) are in transit". So I emailed them back, and asked them if they are in transit, where's my tracking number. Sure enough, today I get a shipping confirmation from them with a CHINA Tracking Number. I searched USPS with tracking number and status is "Label has been created". In other words they haven't shipped yet.

I will be as patient as I possibly can (not much) for my puzzles to arrive. If they are not specifically what I ordered, then I will contact PayPal and file a claim for full refund, and will claim that I never received the product.

Do not under any circumstances order anything from this bunch of scammers

I ordered a puzzle paid through PayPal got sent a bag full of puzzle parts that weren't the puzzle I ordered
Tried contacting them got no response. Reported it to PayPal and was told I received a puzzle and too bad it is not what you ordered but you got a puzzle.

I saw them on Facebook and wanted to order a puzzle. I added one to my cart, and got the message "Add one more to get 12 % off". I added one more, no discount, same message "Add one more". I removed that puzzle, went to check out using PayPal, then saw the shipping charge, and decided not to order anything. I emptied my cart. I got an email - the purchase had been made anyway! I called PayPal, canceled the payment and opened a dispute, repeatedly called the company - no answer. I emailed them, telling them to cancel the order, this should never have been made in the first place.

WARNING! This company has been reported to the BBB & is a scam. I ordered 2 - 1,000 piece puzzles from them 3 months ago. After not receiving puzzles & working with credit card & Pay Pal, I was sent wrong puzzles & boxes beat up. Today contacted them as to getting correct product. Their response was to hang up on me.

I order the hair streghtner and they finally sent me the tracking number but i still havn't received my package and i email them about it twice but still havn't heard back from them about giving me my other half of my refund the comser service is very bad.

I ordered sandals in black, they arrived, months later and were yellow and tan. I had to dispute it through Paypal and the resolution is that If I ship them to #2 NO 263 JinDengSi village LuWang Qu FenngQuan Xinxiangshi, Henansheng 453011 CN I would get a refund. Not investing another dime in the scam seller.

I ordered a jigsaw puzzle from this company and have been totally duped. The jigsaw puzzle which arrived is very cheap and nasty, not what I ordered. Box is flimsy and damaged. DO NOT get caught and DO NOT buy anything from them.
