My experience with the Noble Dandy was excellent overall. I ordered online and before ordering contacted them to check sizing. Within minutes I got feedback which helped me place my order. After the order was received they also followed up on sizing and suggested adjustments (heel grip), which really helped improve the fitting. As always the feedback was almost instant, which really made the overall process enjoyable. I also received tips on shoe care (shoe trees) etc. I can see that the Noble Dandy is run by very passionate people and I am happy to support them because of this. Not to mention, the shoes were very nice.

Transparent communication about my order status throughout. I ordered a pair of Carlos Santos Oxfords; the shoes were not in stock and had to be made to order. There were some delays but I was getting timely updates and the noble dandy team was highly responsive. I'd never ordered from the noble dandy before so that open line of communication greatly helped allay my concerns of whether I would get the shoes or not.

Packaging is secure, thoughtfully arranged, and protected the item perfectly.

Incredible service! Mr. Gricius proactively reached out to confirm sizing, and he was very thorough, working with me through several exchanges of emails until we dialed in the right size. He clearly communicated production and shipping timelines, and even followed up after I received my shoes to check how they fit and confirm my satisfaction. He also gave some tips for maintaining them.
