Totally cheap product not at all as pictured. They won’t respond to my emails. Another one of the numerous scam companies out there. Do not order from them!

1. Item took 2 months to arrive
2. It is 4.5 inches off the measurement they provided.
3. Asked for, and I sent pictures showing error.
4. Then they blocked my email from customer service.
5. Liars, frauds and cheats.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

The booties are cheap, they came in a bag, not even a box. I have emailed Gizelle to return, she asked for a photo. I have tried 3 times to send but this is what I get, "There was a temporary problem delivering your message to {insert their email address] Gmail will retry for 46 more hours". Also I ordered the oversized rain coat, which hasn't been delivered yet. Don't waste your money...the product quality is poor and customer service is non-existent. I'm chalking it up to experience and lesson learned.

My first mistake, as well, was not to check reviews. I ordered a rainjacket, It FINALLY arrived. I ordered extra small and yes, it was advertised as oversized - but this is ridiculous. It would fit someone who wore large or extra large - normally. I called the number on their website and to find out how to return. No answer. I wrote 2 -3 emails - last even suggesting I believed this all to be scam. No replies to any. Their return policy says once received you have 7 days to return it. But if not one replies in that seven days - makes it tough! They have just taken my money to the bank!!!!!!. I am actually going to call my credit card company and indicate Nords lack of communication or help in returning it - and see if they can investigate and reverse the charge. Not holding my breathe! Who knows? DO NOT SHOP OR BUY FROM THIS 'STORE'. I guess this coat will be going to someone in need or to someone large enough they don't drown in it! Good luck having anyone at the NordStore read these complaints.

I ordered a jacket which took forever to arrive and was huge. They advertise free returns. I tired to return it but they don't provide return information. The 'chat' feature on their website does not work. They don't answer their 'customer service' phone. They ignored numerous emails requesting a return. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE

Purchased 2 pairs of booties after seeing them on Instagram. My first mistake was not checking reviews prior to placing the order. After three weeks, I sent an email asking for a status update for my order. Giselle responded apologizing for slow delivery stating multiple reasons for the delay...blah, blah, blah. I was given a tracking number which proved to be fake. After sending 3 emails, booties were delivered yesterday. They were in a zip lock bag, no brand name, deep permanent folds in both pairs, back zippers don’t work, stains on both pairs. Send email requesting refund...was asked to send pictures, which I did. Just received an email from Gizelle stating no defects were detected. If I still want a refund (only similar merchandise....no money returned) I was responsible for return cost. Needless to say, the booties are in the trash! Shame on me for trusting this company was legit because it was on Instagram!

I feel so ticked off at myself for “assuming” that this was any way affiliated with Nordstrom!! The clothing is very cheap and takes forever to receive it!!! Run, don’t walk!

I purchased a windbreaker that was very appealing. First it took over 8 weeks to arrive. Then it was not described accurately and the sizing was not appropriate. It is made in Italy and even though it was advertised as oversized it was about 3 sizes too small. I followed their instructions for return and I am still waiting on my refund 6 weeks later. Note they are in Italy and to send a return costs over $30 dollars and the shipping is at your cost.

I ordered a long sweatshirt in January. I have been trying to get delivery since then. I have now been told it was delivered on March 27. I was at home the entire day and night thanks to the COVID lock down. I don’t think I will ever see my item or my money. Don’t buy anything from these people. It’s not worth the aggravation.

Have attempted to return item. Received e-mail response from Gizelle. I am unable to send photos of item, packaging to her and have advised her of this.
No response from Gizelle.
Phone number on the contact us link does not answer.

This vendor is scamming customers. From the time I ordered a trench coat until the time the “windbreaker” arrived, winter was over. Based on other customer reviews the only one who answers complaints is Gizelle. Merchandise is definitely shoddy. No return process. Facebook should block this vendor.

LOOK OUT! This organization is making fools out of honest Americans who believe they are dealing with The Nordstrom Store, a fine high quality old line department store. Instead, they are based out of Saudi Arabia. Took over a month to get a $37 blouse that was so shabby and poor quality and made of material like gauze bandages. Buttons fell off first wearing. It will shrink to unusable after first wash. I changed my credit card info because I am very wary of these people. Other reviews say when garments were returned they never got any refund and you cannot reach the company.
Lastly, they use the exact same TYPE STYLE in their logo as Nordstrom store to confuse the public.
Many many complaints. Be advised!

In a moment of weakness I ordered a pair of Booties from Nord through Instagram. After not getting a response to any updates i finally received an email stating my order was on its way. I just received the Booties and they were in a plastic bag and smelled of chemicals. The quality was nowhere near what I paid for them. Sending them back is pointless. That will be the last time I ever order from them or anyone on Istagram!

What a shame!!! I should have read reviews before purchasing however this site came into as TheNordstore and I mistook them for Nordstrom- what a SCAM. I bought a rain coat for my son's GF for her birthday 6 weeks prior to her birthday- it arrived 6 weeks past her birthday. Thus it is too big - when asked if I can exchange the customer service was rude and not helpful. Claims they have a 7 day policy???? Extremely frustrating. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

As other people have stated I got suckered in by an Instagram ad, thinking this was affiliated with Nordstrom. I ordered shoes in two sizes, they took over a month to arrive and showed up FILTHY, SMELLY AND DIRTY... in plastic bags none the less. That's when I knew I had been had. As other reviewers have mentioned their return policy is 7 days to send something to ITALY at YOUR cost. Total garbage.

PLEASE don't order from this store and do your research when considering ordering off a social media ad. People are the worst.

Ordered two items in late January. Still waiting for one (on 3/21). Quality of the item received is awful. Cheesy fabric, poor stitching, etc. I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charges (so far).

The item came without any shipping documents or return/exchange info. Returns go to Italy and shipping is out of your pocket and expensive. Customer service ("Gizelle") is non-existent.

Do not call the customer service number embedded in some online reviews. That is a separate SCAM. They tried to mirror my computer and got so far as charging items to my PayPal account. All were reversed by companies involved, but I acted very fast (~20minutes) when I saw the charges come in.

Overall: This is not a legitimate company in any definition of the word. Stay away from them or any of the variations you see in ads on FB. Clothes look cute in photos, but are very shoddy in real life.

I ordered a jacket from Nord and realized a few hours later that it wasn't what I needed. I contacted them immediately and heard nothing so the next day asked them to cancel the order. The third day I get an email saying it was shipped. My credit card was charged too. That was three weeks ago and still have not got the jacket that I will surely try to return but fully expect to have problems with that too. Not a trustworthy company.

Terrible, took 7 weeks to get shoes and I could have gotten same or less quality at Target. Do Not buy from this place. SCAM

Ordered, it has not arrived, and they are non responsive. Clearly a scam.

I bought a &95 coat that was cheaply made, with cheap materials and poorly sized, so using their email I asked for return information. A ‘Gizelle’ wrote back and told me to ship it to World Prof Returns Via Casals, 1 Gravina in Puglia, Italy 70024 to get my refund. I did and USPS charged me $28.50 for the basic shipment. That was on Feb 4, 2021. On March 17, 2021 the package was returned to me in NJ with a pink label in Italian marked ‘Rifiutato/Refuse’ with an illegible signature and dated March 1, 2021. Mind you, the coat was shipped to me from an address in New Jersey! REFUSED???? This doesn’t make any legitimate sense.

This is a SCAM! Do NOT waiste your time and money on them!
