DO NOT BUY!!! Scammers! They keep telling me it’s been shipped... from where- Mars??? It’s been over a month...DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THE WEB

I believe that this is NOT A LEGIT COMPANY. I ordered a Windbreader Rain Coat from a nice ad on Facebook. They immediately Charged my account and then I got a run around for shipping!! Gave a shipping Tracking Number - I even got response from customer service. Shipping Company has NO CONTACT. That's just a ploy to kill time so you can't get money back from thru your credit card company. Then they disappear from the face of the earth! Lucky I moved quickly and my money was returned by my Credit Card Co. DO NOT BUY from these Scammers!

DO NOT BUY anything from this site, poor customer service. Ordered a Blouse looked very nice on website when it arrived four weeks later, wasn't what i was expecting, cheep material. tried to returned, they required a return with a tracking # which would cost me $42.00 to send to Italy, for a blouse $25.00. They are scammers. I will give it to stores who sell second hand clothing, Think twice if you want to order. Don't get fooled like me, the pictures are not what you'll get.

I ordered a dress that arrived 4 weeks after ordering. I sized up from my normal size, and the dress didn't even fit over my shoulders. The return process required a return to Italy - $47 shipping for a $39 dress. Guess I will be donating it. Do not buy from them unless you know for sure it will fit.

I am sorry it happened to all of us, we got scammed by that Nord, Carine Store, Shopovia or whatever name they have at the moment of advertising. Pictures are catchy and nice but products are lousy, cheap, customer service non existent, telling us our returns have not arrived yet... I called my cc company and I believe more of us are calling our cc maybe something will be done. We learned our lessons - next time to really check who is advertising and what is their return policy. Not sure how to report that to Facebook/ Instagram etc. Hope to figure it out soon too. Sad people make business this way.

Don't order anything from these SCAMMERS. It took me 43days to receive a $92 raincoat and it's not worth $30. Worst customer service ever. Most of the time they can't even track the package. No return address on the package to return. Save your money and a nightmare experience.

It pains me to even put one star, but the system wont allow me to write this without at least one star.
Worst experience, for garbage clothing. I paid $64CAD for a sweatshirt. It was not even close to the photo, terrible quality and terrible shape. it's a giant box, not fit for a female form. Not at all what the photo described. it is garbage. got the directions for a refund...went to the post office and it will cost me 82$CAD to return this piece of garbage. oh, and they only give you 48 hrs to complete the return protocol...DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have no idea where this garment originated from the the return needs to be shipped to ITALY. What a joke. Complete waste of my hard earned money. I have sent an email to the company to describe my frustrations and request either a demand or a prepaid shipping label. Not holding my breath.

I will never order from this company again. I ordered a coat on 1-30-2021. Have not received it. They say it's been shipped but they don't know where it is because the shipper is having trouble and is trying to fix the problem. I get the same boilerplate e-mail return messages when I demand information. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I purchased an item 6 weeks ago and nothing has shown up yet. No one replies to my emails and I can’t get any help via messenger

I truly wished I had done my home work and checked out this website before spending $160.00. I waited 6 weeks for my rain coat to arrive, which I like and will keep. I also ordered booties and they still have not arrived. I have emailed the company and asked for a refund and cancellation of the order. I don't understand how they stay in business.
I do have to say that the quality of the coat was of good quality. That is the only positive in this experience.

I was suckered on FB by the advertisement from the Nord Store. I ordered a rain coat from them and it took weeks to get the item. It was supposed to take 5 business days. I finally received it during the blizzard. The coat was too big. I started calling customer service because there wasn’t any kind of packing info with the coat. The phone lines were always busy and I tried calling many times during different times of day. The recording always stated that all operators were busy. Then I tried their chat line, but I never heard back. Then I emailed them on the customer service page. I never heard back. I was able to email the person who had sent me a message saying that my rain coat was a little delayed.
She said it was too late to return the product. We had several communications, but the bottom line was that I could return the jacket at my own expense. There were all these unrealistic times saying I had 24 hours to start the return and 48 hours to have it mailed. Imagine my surprise at the UPS store when I found out it had to be mailed to Italy at a cost of $262.00. The rain coat cost $92.00.
This is not Nordstrom’s and the customer service is nonexistent. I was not paying close attention to the advertisement. Don’t expect everything you see on FB to be legit.

Very pleased with my purchase. It fits me great. The material is very soft. Although it came a little wrinkled so I'll have to iron or steam it before wearing but not a big deal. I guess it's natural. HAHA It doesn't really bother me. Overall I love the look and length of this coat. I'm considering getting another one with a different color :)

SCAM!! Beware.
Like others, I assumed this was Nordstrom’s & it’s not. Received a raincoat that too large. Would like to exchange but they do not provide reliable ways to control them or reasonable period of time to return. Order took about a month to arrive.

Still awaiting my boots. Want a refund as they never got here in time. They say it's lost in shipment. Thought it was Nordstrom I was ordering from. Have I wasted my hard earned $$'s? I'm disabled what crooks?!

Do not order from this company! Total scam; I clicked on a link for what I thought was Nordstroms and instead ended up purchasing a rain coat from the Nord Store under the name of carinestore.com. I missed the six hour window to cancel my order and today the raincoat came and it is HUGE even for an extra small and the buttons look like they dug them up out of the trash. It came from overseas so I won't be spending more money to return it. Beware of this company

This is a scam-store!! I only gave it one star in order to write this review!! Everything about it is a scam!! Including the name “Nord”!! There’s only one “Nord” and this is not it .. and not fit to be in the same category as the real Nordstrom .. I received the worst “raincoat” and pair of “booties” I’ve ever seen. The quality was so inferior I can’t wear either item. When I emailed “The Nord” to return my crappy items, I was given an address and 48 hrs to email “The Nord” with a return tracking number or my refund would be denied!! Who does this?? shysters !! Anyway, the Postmaster informed me the address could not be located, he gave the package back and said “it’s a false address and probably a scam”. So .. I learned my lesson ordering from questionable websites and not only does “The Nord” have my card number, “The Nord” also has my $156.00!

Thought I ordered from Nordstrom. When I go to Nord store customer service it pulls up Nordstrom. The item took forever. Doesn’t look like picture at all. I paid good money for something I didn’t receive. No response from phone. Sent message and email. Very upset.

I ordered a windbreaker from them on January 26, 2021. I received the item on February 13 and decided I didn't like either the color or the fit. Since there was nothing in the package about returns, I went to the website and saw that there was a return period of only 7 days! There was no automated process - the customer was advised to contact TheNordStore.

I called three days later on Feb 16 during office hours but the office wasn't taking phone calls. There was simply a voice greeting with a reference to the website.
So, I went back to the website and sent a message using the form there.

When I didn't hear back, I sent an email on Sat, February 20, exactly seven days after the item was received and within the stated return period. That finally produced a response saying that the return process had to be completed within the seven day period!
