I wouldn’t buy here again.
I ordered two bags and two matching wallets. Both with names and messages. The first wallet came and only message and name on one side and the zipper keeps sticking, badly enough to not close. The second wallet was ok. Again just not the quality for the several hundred dollars I paid. It was clearly printed on. And it looks cheap. Then the first bag came. No name or messages this bad and the first wallet were supposed to be a nice expensive gift for my sister. And there isn’t even any personal message on the bag. The second bag came and it has the name and message but again looks like it was printed on. I would never have spent this kind of money on what nearly looks and feels like temu bags.

Absolutely beautiful
The Notebags are strong, sturdy and just plain beautiful. The one I got was the sunflowers that I put my own quote on. What could be better than getting a free wallet as well with it and I also ordered the matching bookmark. All 3 items had my name as well as my personal quote. There are a lot of beautiful quotes to choose from if you don't want to personalize with your own quote as well. The bags are strong and ohhhh so beautiful, nicely sized for all your personal items, water bottle, keys etc and not forgetting booksssssssssss I love it all every bag and I will be stopping by for more, thank you so so much.

Wallet image and fonts are blurry
The wallet image (books in background) on the website was a LOT sharper. The fonts on the website were crisper and easy to read. The wallet image is blurry. Not to mention, the words are hard to read and blurry. Overall impression is mediocre product and cost is very high.
Also, I did not receive my Leather bookmark.

Excellent Customer Service!
The customer service from this company is probably the best I have ever experienced from any company ever. They responded quickly to inquiries and made sure I felt well taken care of. My first order was sent back because the shipping company couldn't deal with a post office box but the company resent my order to a different address and I had it a little over two weeks later.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the way the items are presented on the website I believed I was buying items hand crafted in the US. It turns out that they ship some of their items from a warehouse in China. This has me questioning the quality of the leather.
I ordered two of the leather tote bags and will condition them as instructed in the emails I was sent. We'll see if they hold up over years as a quality leather item should. I'll be back to update my review in about a year on the quality of the leather used in my items. The pictures on the bags and wallets are bright and beautiful and I am very happy with the way the items look.

Beautiful Bag
I had to change my review. Although, getting the email saying my bag was here was worrisome. I thought it was lost. When I sent an email to the company they were quick to respond and tell me the wallet/bookmark and my bag were coming on two different days. The bag, wallet and bookmark are beautifully made with wonderful craftsmanship. They were all boxed and protected so they did not get ruined during shipment. I highly recommend getting your bags from this place. Can't wait to hear what other people have to say about my bag! When they ask, I will tell them where they can get one and the endless choices will be the only hard decision they will make with The Note Bag Company.

Surprised in the best way
The updates that are provided as the bag made it's journey to me were informative. The inside of the bag smells good and has a soft, gentle texture that makes the bag a pleasure to use. The artwork on the bag is stunning, far more vibrant and detailed than any photos I saw online. The zippers are smooth, and the handles are incredibly smooth and comfortable to hold. All in all, this bag exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a great purchase and I'm very happy with it.
