Great bag & wallet
I just received my bag with free wallet yesterday. I love it. It was exactly as it was pictured and after checking the seams and zippers on both items I am extremely satisfied and excited to have them. I even received them earlier than I was told. Overall great experience!!

Blurry words and stitching
First, I have to say that I really enjoyed the clever and witty emails I received almost daily as I waited for the bag to arrive. Each one made me smile. I received the personalized bag I ordered from the Note Bags today. I was disappointed. The stitching displayed in the pictures, was PRINTED on the bag not stitched. And the words printed on the bag were blurry and unfocused. The printed stitching on the bag was also blurry, not crisp like actual stitching at all. The purse was intended as a gift, but I'm too emabarrassed to give it to the intended recipient.

Bag was listed to include a free wallet, but did not arrive with the delivery. Upon further research the item had to be added at time of placing the order. Placing the order through “Shop” did not show any prompts to clarify this requirement. The company has been responsive and have suggested options to rectify this although at additional cost for me. I understand how the fulfillment process works and that an item will not be fulfilled unless it shows up on the original order. However, making the process more user friendly for customers either with an additional prompt prior to checkout or a link to “qualifying wallets” that can be added will be helpful. Other than that the handbag itself is gorgeous and I am very happy with the purchase. This was a birthday gift and the recipient is extremely pleased!

I love my tote bag and how much it represents reading as such a huge part of who I am! The only thing I would change about my bag is the side width. The length and side to side width is great, but the sides from front side to back side is very slim which is making it difficult for me to fit in all the things I prefer to carry with me when I go out. Of course, this also means I’ll likely have to go back and buy another handbag soon so it works out for me in the end!

Buyers beware
Ordered a tote for my daughter's birthday. Finally came in three weeks later damaged. They shipped the tote in a bag. They were good at offering to send me a new one, but three weeks later still nothing. I emailed them again as to a tracking number and finally received that. Was told that it will be there in a week or two. When I looked, they had just shipped it two days after my inquiry. Was told that the email must have gone in my spam folder. I check that every couple days,. Nerdless to say, it was never sent. Plus their website doesn't show that these are made in China. They have a US address. Very disappointed.

The ordering process was wonderful. There were lots of choices. I thought the prices were reasonable, as well. The fist bags came quickly. I ordered 5 bags I had to wait for the next two, then my last one came today. All together it took 9 days for the complete delivery. That really wasn't too bad. I am very happy with my purchase. I would definely recommend your product.

Disappointed in the bag, but great customer service
I also ordered a Notebag and it was shipped in a plastic bag with no padding. Of course, the shipper doesn't care it's a purse, so it arrived with a large crease across on side of the purse. I also noted that the "vintage printing" as they describe it, that is part of the color of the beige bags is such that it appears that the bag is dirty. So unless you want your OCD to be in overdrive, order any color but beige.
Also, there are two different levels of Notebags the premium faux leather and the top grain leather. I ordered the faux leather which will hold up I'm sure as I'm not rough my purses. I just wonder if they ship the top grain leather in a box?
I did reach out to the support staff and through several emails, they did decide to send me another bag of my choice. Of course I ordered a darker colored bag, but unfortunately, it also had a large crease in the material upon arrival. I had suggested to them to ship the bags in boxes or with sturdy filler to prevent the creases, but yet again, it was sent in a plastic bag.
Personally, the customer service is great, but there is an innate disappointment when an item does not arrive as described and depicted in their advertising. Lesson learned.

The product is beautiful but the delivery service was horrible. I had the product shipped to my office building to prevent porch pirates from stealing it while I was at work. Delivery was made after business hours and they just threw the package on the ground outside in the rain. I KNOW it was thrown because the plastic outer packaging was torn from the impact on the ground.
