Such great customer service. I reached out to ask for some help with ordering supplements. The person I spoke with had very thorough product knowledge and I was advised on which products would best suit my concerns. Order arrived very quickly and was packaged well. Initially poor but promise of improvement
Initial review: The worst customer service I have experienced in some time (but after posting this review Nue Co have upped their game to rectify!)
Much like other reviews, I have placed an order and still not received it. It has now been 5 weeks and took 3 e mails separately chasing it up to even get a first response.
It seems that the parcel is stuck somewhere with Royal Mail but when I e mail The Nue Co to ask where my order is they have just sent me the tracking number again. Helpful.
Now I am being asked to send more information to make a ‘claim’ for this failed delivery.
I was really looking forward to trying these supplements but now all I want a a refund and nothing to do with this company!
Follow up: having reviewed the issue I was experiencing and the poor communication I received an e mail from the Customer Experience Executive at Nue Co apologising and seeking to effectively resolve my complaint. I will give them another try and hope my next interaction is more fruitful.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I wrote originally 11th December as I’ve suffered constant hair shedding for 3 months taking the growth phase tablets. I even sent pictures of my scalp. I would not advocate taking growth phase unless you speak your doctor. There is no clinical evidence with a safety profile for the supplement. I stopped taking the tablets over a week ago now and trying to get my funds back. I’m sticking to PRP. I honestly feel the company should and needs to declare all adverse reactions to this supplement.
Alex still hasn’t replied. There cannot be just one person manning these emails?? For such an expensive product why is there not a response in a decent turnaround time?
I have lost so much hair and I know a great deal about hair loss!
100% awful customer service and lack of follow up for my concerns.

Two unshipped subscription orders in a row
The products themselves are excellent, but I'm giving one star due to unacceptable shipping and customer service issues.
As a £100+/month subscriber, I've experienced shipping failures for two consecutive months. While customer service does respond, they consistently dodge important questions and offer empty promises to "check on it" without taking actual action. I've had to follow up multiple times per week just to receive my orders, which arrived weeks late, disrupting my supplement routine.
Despite the quality of their products, I cannot recommend this company. The constant need to chase orders and the unreliable shipping make the subscription more trouble than it's worth. Potential customers should be aware that they may face significant delays and ineffective customer service, regardless of how much they spend.

Each and every product I have tried…
Each and every product I have tried from The Nue Co has been exceptional. The only thing that has compared to the quality of their goods is the quality of their customer service. They have always been quick to respond whenever I have had inquiries, and they have gone above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. Plus, they just seem like lovely people. If you are on the fence for any reason, I think they are worth trying. Personally, I am a customer for life.

Slightly freaking out
Slightly freaking out. I've been struggling with IBS for almost 15 years. I've taken a bunch of other probiotics and nothing has worked. Finally, after only 4 weeks (!!!) I feel so much better. No more gas/ bloating after every meal and going to the toilet regularly. Wonderful product

Where are my tablet?!
I made an order in January and signed up for the 3 month subscription, but only needed to get a further supply this month. I set the order date to the 4th September expecting the tablets to arrive on this date but nothing. I then clicked force order and on 5th they FINALLY placed the order and took my payment.
I’ve had absolutely no email correspondence confirming the tablets have been dispatched, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 3-5 days and nothing. I emailed on 11th and was advised by Alex that he’d check with the warehouse. I’ve chased AGAIN today being the 13th and said for them to be sent today for next day delivery and Alex advised he cannot add or remove anything from the order. How does this respond to my email?!
Thank god I’ve ordered with PayPal as I’m now having to raise a dispute but have been left with zero tablets!!!
