Signed me up to a 6 month subscription without my knowledge. When I ordered previously they sent out too few supplements and then ignored emails. When they did respond they did not rectify the issue. Customer service is terrible and they are out to make money. When I said my account showed no indication of being signed up to a subscription they told me it was too late to get a refund.

Absolutely love this brand
Absolutely love this brand, their products are amazing and have completely fixed my temperamental gut. I started using their skincare a few months ago and my skin has been so calm with zero redness and breakouts. Surprised by the negative reviews! I've always had amazing interactions with the customer service.

After trying to log on on a number of different occasions to check my subscription and to cancel I have finally given up with this company. When I try to log into my account it tells me no account is recognised with my email address and yet I receive emails telling me they are about to ship out my next supply. if you try more than 3 times you receive a 'something went wrong message - pls try again later'. So i replied to one of those messages and was told it was too late to cancel and I will be sent a return label -....but what a faff! I have had to set up a new account - but when I tried repeatedly to cancel my subscription it wouldn't cancel. So I had to use the chatbot - of course the chatbot tried to get me to suspend my subscription ... deary me ...

Great start - product is 5 start so far and I only give 4 star as the delivery took longer than expected.

ZERO customer service
ZERO customer service. I am allergic to perfume and have been looking for years for a fragrance I can wear that won’t give me headaches. I was intrigued by their “functional fragrance”. I reluctantly signed up for auto ship because they don’t let you just order one bottle. I figured I could just cancel if I don’t like it. Well, turns out that’s not the case. There is no customer service phone number and have emailed them twice through their website to cancel my subscription. I have already received a second bottle and I do not care for the smell. I have not heard from them at all and the only way I know to have them stop charging me is to contest the charge with my credit card company.
Loving The Nue Co!
Ordered from this company a few months ago and am such an advocate already! I ordered Prebiotic and Probiotic (which I am loving) and a couple other bits to try and received a few samples plus a mini gift with my order, which was such a nice touch! Really quick delivery too. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again!

I have placed order over 4 weeks ago. After placing the order, I received an email, the product would be delayed for 10 days. It is now past the 10 days, I have sent at least 10 emails and 5 messages thorough their site asking for on update or refund but I been ignored. I have not received any response. I feel like I may have been scammed.

Terrible company
Terrible company, I emailed way before renewal because I couldn't log on to cancel my subscription and I was ignored. Can't find a phone number. I've sent another couple of emails since, still nothing, but they've processed the payment. Avoid them.
Simply dreadful - avoid like the plague
I bought their probiotics and had horrific side effects. Have emailed them and messaged them on facebook several times but they are totally unresponsive. Who are these people?? Their customer service is ZERO - all they want to do is take your money. And the non-stop virtue signalling on their website is simply nauseating.
Order did not arrive
Ordered on July 27 and nothing.
Tried to contact CS and received email that my order has been escalated to ream lead. Nothing. There no phone number to call the nue co! They look like a scam!

Placed an order on July 25. Received an ‘we’re working on it’ email. Received tracking info. Tracking says order is still infulfilled and it’s August 6. Reported this as an issue on the tracking feedback, and received the pop-up for ‘We’ll get back to you soon’ . That was 2 days ago. They already have my money. Guess I’ll have to go through PayPal and dispute it. Never ordering through them again.

Received these tablets last week only to realise today that my 2 month supply goes past its expiry date this month! Terrible for a health product.
Selling out of date supplements
Ordered three bottles of the defence drops - which I have been religiously taking for years now, and therefore lined the pocket of the Nue Co to that effect. The three most recently ordered are all OUT OF DATE. What sort of company that sells supplements and claims to do all these great things for human health and the environment sells out of date supplements?! The website bangs on about how wonderful they are for all sorts of reasons - yet they are turfing out muck to honest customers. It is a disgrace.
Food supplement with digestive Enzymes expired day in 2 days.
They have sent me a product that expired in 2 days. It is really bad, I hope they give me back my money because I cannot trust you now.
