Answered the phone really quickly for my stock enquiry. Even although my order was fairly late the hard drive arrived next day.

I called and spoke at some length about the coffee machine I wanted yesterday 1/5/24. The chap was friendly and helpful as I was keen to get a fair bit of info first. He also advised on spare parts etc. I eventually ordered late afternoon and wow. It arrived late morning this morning! 2/5/24 Having given it the pre use treatment. It's a fantastic brew!
However I need to discuss the service and delivery time
which was really first rate!
Never expected to order late afternoon and to then receive the delivery the next mid morning. Don't change a thing! That is most excellent service all round! Thank you.

Don’t buy from them
Don’t buy from them. Didn’t receive my order. Called to ask why. Spoke to Chris (who doesn’t stop talking (bulls#it)) who checked and said the item was coming direct from supplier.was told the supplier no longer supplies for the Office place. They should know that. I asked for a refund and had to call 3 times because it wasn’t done. All the excuses, accounts came down with a sickness bug, computer glitch. Then I got an email issuing a credit note. I’ve called PayPal to ask why it’s pending and it’s because they’ve refunded with an ‘echeque’ which takes 10 days to clear!

Items missed from delivery
I only received 1 of the 2 items that I ordered. I raised this via email at the time of delivery, I was told that they would investigate. No reply. I emailed again, I was told they would investigate and send a replacement. No reply. No replacement.

Never received order
Placed an ordered paid for express deliver and never received the order, called on numerous occasions over 7 days, was told someone would call DPD and let me know what was happening, i never received a call back. This will be the first and last time we use this company. I have now requested a full refund.

Terrible customer service…
Item was not needed phoned them straight away and explained they said they would cancel the order and refund and ring me back, was told this by two members of staff over two days. Then still with no call back they have sent me a credit note which I can't use as I don't want the item and they only do office supplies so I can't use it for anything else. Full of lies and empty promises.

Good evening Hayley, firstly let me apologise for the miscommunications and failure from the team to call back to confirm your order had been cancelled and refund processed.
I can assure you that your refund has been processed and was done at point of call. However with any card refunds it can take up to 7 days for your provider to release the funds and make them available again on your account even though it leaves our bank immediately. This is out of our control unfortunately.
The credit note is not for use on the site. It is purely a paper reference in the event that it was a business purchase and needed to be balanced against the original invoice and card transaction. These are automatically sent from the system but I have raised this internally to improve the wording and make it clear that it is purely a receipt of the refund rather than a credit to be used.

Very poor product. Not very clear. Not sure it’s genuine 5star, as box not sealed.

I can assure you that all our 5 star products are genuine as we actually partner with them and all goods are actually packed and dispatched by 5 star out of their warehouse rather than our own.
All goods are despatched with no damage to them as they are brand new. However the unfortunate reality of the courier network is that parcel's are damaged in transit and can be delivered in an unsatisfactory condition.
If the product, rather than the packaging, is damaged or not fit for purpose in any way then please contact us via the website and we will quickly collect the original delivery and despatch a replacement.
