Waste of Time.
Company lie the company lied to me regarding delivery. I placed the order on Saturday. On Monday, I wrote an e-mail to the company about when I can expect delivery. I received a reply that the parcel had been packed and would be delivered by DHL next day. On Thursday, I contacted the company again because I had not received the shipment. I was informed that unfortunately they do not have the ordered item in stock and I have to cancel the order. I lost almost a week and had to order again elsewhere. I just wonder what kind of package Chris packed for me.Waste of time. Not recommended

Although the order was despatched and collected by the courier the same day we have been experiencing an increased number of delays with the onward delivery over the past week.
As we rely on couriers to fulfil delivery we also must accept responsibility for when they cause delays or do not fulfil.
This is something we are constantly reviewing and looking at ways in which we can improve.
