Do not order from these!!!!!

Ordered gloves for my sons Christmas and recieved a email sayin the gloves i ordered are out of stock and they are making them it will take 2 weeks and i cant have a refund absolute disgusting behaviour

I wrote to One Glove Australia about a stitching issue with my son's gloves. As we are due to leave for an overseas tournament in 4 days I was nervous I wouldn't get a reply in time. Chad responded within the hour to let me know he had a new pair of gloves on their way to me and I'd receive them next day. My son swears by One gloves and now their customer service stacks up too. Massive thanks to Chad for getting it sorted so quickly!

There was an issue with my order, due to something I had missed. I emailed The One Glove Support team and they resolved it within the hour. Excellent response and communication especially being Black Friday weekend. Definitely will use again.

I had ordered the wrong size gloves for my Granddaughter i ordered size 6 but i had picked zjunior size 6 as soon as the gloves came it was obvious to me that i had made a mistake i notified them and a return postage label was sent electronically to me i went to the local shop and they are on there way back as i have asked for a refund..

Have used them both past and present, never had any issues with tue company or product, tried a new provider and my son wants to come back.

The moment, I sent them an email that I forgot to add my free gloves, the next next they messaged me with they will try to catch my shipping package to add it. They communicated throughout the whole process and they were able to resolved the problem. I would totally recommend this company!

Ordered a pair of gloves for my daughter in the Black Friday deal and the free pair hadn’t been added to my order. I emailed them on a Sunday at 8 at night and within half an hour they had emailed and sorted it. Amazing customer service and will definitely use again.
