I ordered two basin drains from the one stop bathroom shop. They told me that they would send me an e mail when they were dispatched. I waited for a week and a half before contacting them again. They then said that they were out of stock. I was given the option to have my money refunded. I opted for a refund and that arrived within a couple of days. I ordered from a rival company and the order arrived in two days. I wonder how long it would have taken them to contact me if I had not contacted them. I’ve given them two stars for the prompt refund and nothing else.

I was in need of a replacement 'P' shaped bath panel to replace the damaged one that was many years old. I ordered directly through Theonestopbathroomshop (CH Maintenance Services) which sadly became damaged in transit despite it being very well wrapped in bubble wrap. I contacted Dawn at the above business who vey quickly send a replacement and again the trusty delivery drivers managed to destroy it on its way to my home.
I checked with Dawn that there were panels in stock without damage then had a ride out and collected it in my car. Not appropriate for everyone of course but a nice drive out for me.
My thanks to Dawn for her help and patience.
