Website shows stock, yet they dont hold stock. if you need something quick, avoid them.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Ordered a Grohe shower system from them after being let down by an online competitor. Called to check it was in stock, it was and it was delivered at no extra cost the next day. Amazing service.

The products I ordered (BWT filter head and MPC500 filter) were dispatched promptly and were exactly as expected. I definitely recommend Plumb Warehouse for a very satisfying experience, not to mention their competitive prices. They will surely remain my go-to provider for these products.

The box was badly damaged and it looks as if the item had been sent somewhere else, opened and then returned to your warehouse. I do not know if the item is faulty yet as we are awaiting a plumber to come and fit it.

Corner shower boards did not match. Plumb Warehouse blamed their supplier. £606 down the drain. Supplier of the Nuance Bushboard were not interested - just fobbed me off.

Fantastic service. I was let down by another supplier and needed a shower asap. Rupert was very helpful in helping to identify a similar shower. He then contacted the supplier and was able to advise that they could deliver the next working day.

This is the worst company I have found on the net. They are running their business on customer's money. They advertise the items which don't exist with an attractive price. they use customer's money for few weeks and after that simply apologise. and maybe make a refund. I ordered 1 item over £400.00 on 5th of July and still struggling to get a proper answer.

Having placed an order, it was only on the day i was expecting delivery that i was emailed to be told i couldnt have the order as the items were discontinued. This is not true, as i get these parts from another supplier who was simply out of stock, which is why i went here.
The email told me i would receive my refund within 5 days.
17 days later still no refund. Nearly £500. I spoke to the office who assured me the money would be refunded that day. Still nothing 3 days later.
Have phoned the office again, no reply!
The next call will be to my solicitor to begin proceedings to recover my owed money.

Customer service was good, delivery was as promised (next day) and item ordered (new shower thermostatic bar) worked. Would order from them again.
