A successful and speedy transaction.

I enjoyed a successful and speedy transaction with Plumb Warehouse. Ordering was simple. A question I posed was answered quickly and clearly by email. A telephone call to arrange a delivery day was helpful, and delivery was as promised.
Overall a satisfactory service. The item was exactly as described and was delivered well packaged and undamaged.

Good people, great service.

Goods despatched promptly and received the following day, but unfortunately they were damaged. A phone call soon had the problem solved, and I am highly delighted with my heated towel rail.

Another impeccable service!

PW is my 'Go To' choice for Grohe taps as they have a wide range and Lee Lavender is always very friendly and helpful. He is a credit to that company and helped me choose the right item for my project back in 2017 for my bathroom and again now in 2018 for my kitchen.

Item arrived next day, well packaged and in perfect condition. I later found out that the item was £10 more expensive with PW but don't mind because the service is faultless.

Keep up the good work! Thank you again!

I more than recomend this company

This company as at the top of its game, knowledgeable and friendly service regardless of the questions I asked, my order was taken, it was delivered on time and in pristine condition,even my re-order of adhesive was with me in record time. 5 stars is not enough.
