Purchase of water softener

The web site enabled us to to select the water softener of the size and the most suitable for our house and the order was placed. Delivery came within the next two days. Excellent service.

Goods as ordered and arrived without…

Goods as ordered and arrived without delay. As they use their own transport to deliver the usual tracking info is not avavilable and no option to drop to a pickup point. But can't really nitpick that to reduce from 5 stars.

I found the whole experience using…

I found the whole experience using Plumb Warehouse from start to finish was clear and concise. My order was well packaged, delivered on schedule by recorded delivery and was exactly as ordered. I was given a two hour delivery slot which was great as I didn't have to sit in and wait all day. I had approached my local bathroom supplier for a quote at the same time as I had researched online and I still haven't received their reply. I definitely made the right decision and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Plumb Warehouse to family and friends.
