Ordered a blank canvas and was told the latest date i'd receive tracking when I enquired. Day came and went and had to follow up for an update.

More than once was told by customer service that they don't work 24/7 as well as being guilt tripped over the owners personal lives just because I asked where the parcel was after 3 days of UPS not having any updates.

7 days passed and UPS still dont have any updates and say they have not received the parcel.

Further communication from the owners when asking for a refund has now ceased completely - no refund offered and no response to my email after messaging them a few days ago.

I have been patient enough to wait for days and dislike the attitude i've been given. Still no UPS update and no parcel. UPS apparently still dont have it.

You have to actually read the shipping policy to know it comes from China clearly - would prefer clearer info on the product listing.

I will not recommend this company nor order from them again given the extremely poor quality of service on the first order.

This company is amazing! I honestly wouldn't buy from anywhere else! The girls are friendly and are always there to help with questions or anything. They listen to there customers and even let us vote on future diamond arts! The quality of the kits are great, the variety? amazing!

I bought 2 diamond paintings from the one with the diamond art. I have finished one. It is spectacular! I can not wait to start the next one! I LOVE the accessories that come with the kits! I will be purchasing from them in the future!

I ordered 4 diamond paintings from The One With The Diamond Art. They all arrived well packaged and in a timely manner for diamond paintings coming from overseas. I have worked on two of the kits so far and the quality has been excellent. The canvases have been plenty sticky and the drills are good quality and pretty consistent in size with minimal trash.

The ladies that run this company are 2nd to none. They are attentive, listen, and help with every little thing you will not be disappointed.

I’m trying to get in touch with customer service but the page doesn’t show up anywhere. My husband ordered and received Esmeralda. Immediately realized not enough 310s. Contacted them thru Facebook, they are sending more 310. 2-4 weeks for delivery. Now I find that I’m short 154 and 300. So I’m hoping that they are checking all the colors in the painting. Kind of takes the joy right out of painting. By the way it’s ordered under husbands name.

This company is by far the best I’ve ever bought from .. They went above and beyond to help me get the right Diamond Painting for me.
It was packaged wonderful but the Box was bent on one end and there was a big crease in the Diamond Painting but that’s Royal Mails fault NOT the Companies. I will definitely be buying again and I give them 5 stars ⭐️.

This company was recommended by a friend and am so glad that I went with it as the custom was fabulous quality. The ladies have great customer service and have helped with any query I've had. I loved it so much I went and bought 7 more. There one the best 👌. I love how its all packaged the beads are so easy to organise as are numbered very clearly n ther own individual bags something I've not seen and so much easier to organise I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality canvas with an added personal touch

I’ve ordered a few times from these ladies and will never order from anywhere else again. The canvas the pictures are printed on is really good quality compared to others and the ladies are so helpful with sizing and giving advice on anything diamond painting related.

I needed to send my custom print back for them to understand the error was with them & not my inability to place drills on straight (which they assumed was the problem). It's a shame my order came from abroad & they never saw it before despatch. They would have known it had been printed wrong

Amazing service couldn't be more helpful I've asked a couple tines about what size pictures woukd be best they alwyss give me their honest opinion and also show me what they woukd look like rendered up in various sizes I've got 3 kits by them but only working on my first one now and wow the drills and canvas are so much better quality than some previous symbols are all clear to see and the kit even comes with some washi tape

Very helpful in helping me create my custom
