Started taking due to gut issues and after a sensitivity check I got done came back saying I was lacking in all friendly gut bacteria (find it hard to get in due to dairy intolerance)
Have noticed a difference when I take them so hoping I continue to do so.

I only recently started taking Theonia magnesium so I can't say yet how well they work, but I'm hopeful after reading all positive reviews. I give my 5 stars for fast delivery, clear description on the packaging and size of the tablet is just right.

I am a 72 year old businessman, normally very sceptical about benefit claims especially about health and wellbeing. However I had been suffering for many months with a heel spur and was about to consider surgery, when a friend of mine suggested that I try the Theonia Turmeric and pepper supplement as he found it helped him and thought it might reduce the inflammation the heel spur produced. After 4/5 weeks of taking the supplement (two each morning) it was clear that the inflammation was gone and so the pain with it. I still feel the pressure of the heel spur from time to time but almost no pain. I did nothing else other than take the Tumerick supplement, so can only conclude my friend's recommendation worked.
