Appalling delivery - still no tiles!
The staff were lovely and helpful on the phone Alistair in particular has been really helpful as things went wrong and continued to go wrong again and again
Absolutely shocking delivery services. I placed the order on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery so my tiles were supposed to come on Thursday (a panic buy as I’d run out of tiles so time was imperative). They promised they would be with me. But they were a no show. I had to chase but was told the package had missed the courier. So again they promised next day delivery- Friday, but the package was simply not picked up by the courier despite other packages being collected. So instead it was supposed to arrive today/saturday between 6.30-10.30am. It is now after 12 noon and it has still not turned up. There’s no tracking available and no one answering phones.
I’ve paid a tiler to I stall these tiles and he is now being paid by the day to sit around and do nothing. I’ve had to wait in AGAIN! with no delivery. This service is shocking. People are paying for next day or early delivery and this service seems not to exist you are falsely representing your services
Despite requesting a refund for delivery costs the manager refused. Offering only a mere £10 good will gesture from the £45 paid.
