The Otakup box has always been gracious in the items that have always been in store and the support behind it without delay. Even when I run into financial issues, there is always a place to restore when needed like a person and not a number. I love them for both the products and the customer service.

My experience with the otaku box had been very positive there team is very helpful with eney issues that I have had in the past. The price is a but high but that is just because to the contrary I am from. I injoy looking forward to the next. I do wish there were more items in each box though.

I've been subscribed for almost two years at least and I absolutely love getting a surprise box every month. I subscribed for some Rias merch and have not been disappointing. Some of the boxes are more geared to men than women but Liz does a wonderful job balancing it out and listening to her subscribers!

i honestly love the otaku box. you have no idea what will be in it and and the add ons are at a fair price! being able to switch out and customize your box is awesome. if you’re like me and completely forget that you subscribed (being extremely busy) , seeing that little back on your doorstep just makes it feel like christmas. the ecchi option is unique as well. i give it ⅘ due to some items that i cant really utilize (like the anya decor pillow case from september), and because they revolve on dxd content quite a bit. but otherwise the box is awesome as hell!

I've been getting the otaku box for a number of years and it has always been great. The selection of items that come in monthly is amazing, the figures are always well put together. The voting for next months figure/art/clothing is very fun and I have gladly participated. There were even a few times where I couldn't get the box because of some financial struggles I was going through and the support I got from Liz made it so I could keep my levels after I bounced back. Love the box, and will happily continue my subscription!

I love getting the Otaku box every month. I've never received anything that wasn't great and enjoyable.

I love it its always exciting to see the package get delivered. Always perfect timing on arrival. I love the service and have recommended a few friends.

Greatly enjoy that there is a variety of items in each box. And more importantly that I'm asked for my input as to what I'd like to see in each box.

I've been getting OtakuBox for over 2 years, it's like Christmas every month. The selection in each box is always awesome and there's usually 1 or 2 surprises every month.

The otaku box is the only loot box I've seen where the customers hey to vote on items that will be included and everything is carefully curated for them.

I like the diversity of stuff sent un boxes. Also the quick customer service response is great.
