From the initial contact, to the installation of the product, The Oxford Shutter Company gave an efficient and professional service throughout. The quality of the fit is perfect. They delivered quicker than they had anticipated, and although there was a wait for the shutters to be made, we were forewarned to this process.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the company to others, or to using them again ourselves.

This is the second time that we have used the Oxford Shutter Company. They fitted us a brilliant pair of shutters for our downstairs living room in 2020 and we decided to ask them to fit similar shutters in our office in 2023. I simply cannot rate them highly enough. Professional and courteous from beginning to end. They are responsive, really know their stuff, and the product quality and fitting are first rate. We would not hesitate at all in recommending this company.

Fantastic service - very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff - and the shutters not only improve the look of the room but have made an immediate difference to my use of heating (I write this in winter 2022/23), probably halving the amount I need to use.

I'm impressed! Hopefully they will also cut down on the heat up here in my home office next summer, too.
I will probably save up to have a few more installed some time next year.

(Advice to would-be customers: there's no comparison between this excellent company and the major national one which advertises widely.)

We are really impressed with the quality of the shutters. Nathan and his colleague were superb with the way they dealt with fitting the shutters on the hottest day of the year. They were both really friendly and as well as doing an excellent job they tidied up afterwards and left everything clean and tidy. The whole experience from the start when Peter first measured up and gave us the quote has been first class and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

We are absolutely over the moon with our wooden shutters! From start to finish, the process of selecting, purchasing and having them installed has been an absolute pleasure - I cannot recommend The Oxford Shutter Company enough!

We moved into a new house on the Windrush Place development in Witney earlier this year and getting wooden shutters installed was a top priority! We did our research on local companies and obtained a number of quotes and consultations over the space of a few weeks. After going through the process, I can say with confidence that Oxford Shutter Company are head and shoulders above the rest!

It started with a consultation in our home with Debbie. She was really knowledgeable and friendly and able to provide useful guidance on what would work best for our windows. She measured our windows and showed us samples etc. There was no "hard sell" or pushing of the expensive ranges, it was very much a consultative approach and Debbie was only interested in helping us select the right product for our needs.

Working with Rupert and Luke to arrange installation was easy. They kept us updated throughout the process and the shutters ended up arriving much sooner than anticipated, which was a nice surprise!

The actual installation was taken care of very quickly. The end result is something that we are really really happy with. The quality of the product is amazing - it wont change colour in the sun over time and the long warranty provides peace of mind.

Honestly, we are so happy. We will 100% be using Oxford Shutter Company again for our patio doors!
