Absolutely bizarre
Absolutely bizarre. Supplied a tin of customer colour mixed paint, with the bright blue colour mix all over the rim and sides of the tin. Clearly not mixed correctly with the tin mispositioned. Vendor refusing to supply a replacement or refund despite seeing multiple photos of a tin of paint with the blue mix all over the side and rim… along with a photo of a requested ‘brush out’ showing the blue in the paint! Bizarre.
EDIT - this review was written at 17:30. I’d had 6 emails back and forth with you all day and not once did you offer a replacement or suggest you’d issue a refund despite me asking multiple times. Your colleague then emails 19:00 offering a refund - miraculous! None of what I’ve said is untrue, if TrustPilot delayed posting the review, or there was a delaying in you seeing it, that’s not my doing…I just wanted a properly mixed tin of durable matt to finish this job!

Ordered two tins of Johnsons, one durable White, and one aqua guard custom mixed for our kitchen makeover.
Order placed Tuesday evening and arrived very quickly Thursday afternoon in perfect mint condition. So well packed the carriers would have had to really go above and beyond to do any damage!
Keen prices, and kept up to date with order progress,
Only gripe I have with these guys is, now the paint has arrived so quick, I have no excuse not to get on with the job this bank holiday weekend. No rest for the wicked!

Paint arrived in a badly damaged tin
Paint arrived dried paint on tin and completely battered yet the box was intact. Customer services argued that it was down to the courier but told him I disagreed and it had been packed like that. Offered me 10% off saying the paint would be OK. Who knows until the tin was opened so declined his offer saying I would not pay £5 for it let alone the £45 it would cost once the 10% came off. Would not use this company again due to the lack of customer service. Damaged tin was collected now have to wait 5 days for my refund. I have a video of tin and box if you want proof

I was a decorator 50 years ago and new he type of product I required, this was to repair a job that a so called French Polisher did on my dining room table.
