Great service. Ease of use!

You check in quick, the buses pickup at all time, modifications without any issues.

When you book early, you get a discounted rate. It is easy to park, and the bus drivers pick you up immediately. They provide your parking spot, so you can easily find your car when you return. The drivers are very friendly.

Great covered parking and advance booking make it very friendly to park our car in a safe, secure covered environment

The Parking Spot is convenient. The extra wide spots are also available covered. Never know when a storm will come through.

I love the team at this location. The service is always top-notch, and they’ve been consistently diligent and reliable, even in rain and snow. They were also especially attentive when I was traveling with my family and children, which I really appreciated. The app that shows the bus location is a real game changer and makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend.

This time the pickup crew and drop of crew seem to care about doing a great job or a job at all. I was picked up behind my car and helped with my bags and then told about the extra shuttle I would need for the airline I was taking, everyone tipped the driver, coming back the driver was new and grabbed my bags and put them away on the shuttle and took us to our cars and helped us with our bags and even helped some that forgot one. We all tipped the driver and thanked him, nice guy. Unlike my last trip where the lady didn't move to help, even when I had a boot on one foot for a injury. Guess it does matter who works for you !! The one thing I would change is a longer exit turn off for the west lot when your coming off 183....

It was easy to get in, to find a parking spot, and the wait for pick-up to the airport was short. The wait for pick-up from the airport was a little longer and we lost our ticket but she allowed us to be dropped off in the parking spot anyway. It was also very affordable - we got a great deal! It was cheaper to do this than to pay someone to drive us to the airport and back. Plus, it was close to the airport, too, so we didn't have to worry about being late due to traffic or other issues.

The Parking Spot has consistently proven to be a convenient, safe and efficient way to avoid relying on other people or ride services to get to/from DFW airport. And, I think the advantages of the Premium location are well worth the difference in fees.

I enjoyed the whole experience right up until my return to BWI. I and several other people waited at minimum 30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive to the North parking lot. During this time, we saw multiple shuttles and return shuttles from your competitors. Other than this, your rates are great, secured parking is good, though spots are a bit on the smaller side. I will definitely use again.
