No part so refund
I ordered a part for a Johnson & Starley boiler which was according to the website in stock. Having waited 2 weeks for delivery I contacted Boiler Spares to ask what had happened and was told they didn't have the part and refunded my money. Shame they didn't tell me earlier and if I hadn't contacted them I might still be waiting. Now a year later they asked to review my experience.

Rogue trader
Rogue trader, taking money from online customers and not delivering parts or issuing refunds. My partner spoke to the plumber about this and was told trade wont deal with the company either at their shop or online because of their reputation.
Avoid and report to police if you've become a victim of theft from these people.
