Me and my husband had a pleasure to deal with Iain in person, after searching for the right company to rent a party tent from for our garden wedding in August this year. Iain came to measure our garden, I was a bit nervous about the slight slope it's on, the crew made sure it was barely noticeable on the day. We wanted to change the chairs - not a problem. Add one more table - not an issue. Should we needed everything delivered and set up earlier to put decorations up? We had it earlier than I expected. This is one of the few companies that oldschool cares about the quality of the service and your journey from the day, you decide to go with them to the day they leave you with good memories after your event.

This company was recommended by a friend and it is clear to see why they get word of mouth recommendations like this. For the survey, Iain was on the dot punctual, knowledgeable, gave us sensible advise and flexible about optional extras. It was reassuring that he was happy to tweak things at the last minute depending on the weather forecast for the event day. The marquee itself was excellent quality and stood up very well to some howling winds the day before the event! It was also really helpful having the marquee up for a couple of days either side of the event date to give us chance to personalise and decorate and clear-up. Making payments was easy. Iain and his team are also super quick at erecting and dismantling the structure.i will definitely use the company again and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

We have used the Party Tent Company a couple of times and in my experience they are brilliant. The service is excellent, the marquee was great and the price was fair. Will use again. Shout out to Ian who is extremely helpful with planning size etc.

Faultless from start to finish!
Easy and pleasant to deal with. Clear website, easy and efficient process, including payment. Responsive to phone calls. Excellent standard of equipment. Good value, as standard package included all the extras you need. Totally reliable for timing, Ian and Nico were efficient and quick on erecting and dismantling the tent, they also moved heavy garden pots.

Quality company.. Professional and friendly on free inspection and setup. We had everything included what was needed for my son's 18th party. Communication was easy and I was amazed how quick they setup and dismantle them.. We had 6x6m, it was huge. Definitely got a customer for life now. Thanks Ian and co.

Hired the Marquee & drapes on Saturday for my daughters 16th, excellent set up, looked absolutely gorgeous, everyone commented on how good it was especially in the good old British weather 🤣 but excellent service & would definitely use again 👍 thank you x

The whole process was handled so professionally - from the first visit to measure up to removing the marquee after the event. I’m so glad we used The Party Tent Company and would definitely use them again. It gave us a great outdoor space that we were able to personalise and make our son’s birthday such a happy and memorable event - and we didn’t have to worry about the weather.

My Daughter asked if she could have a party at home for her 18th - in the garden - in December! The Party Tent Company was recommended to us so we dropped them a message & we were contacted by Iain. He explained they would come out and do an initial site visit. Iain was absolutely lovely, really friendly and helpful. We told him how many would be there etc, we thought a bigger tent, but Iain advised a smaller size would be better. He could have easily agreed with the bigger size but advised what was best. We had the heating & linings - it did actually snow all night! But the marquee was fine with the heating in it. Iain and another member of staff put the tent up in no time at all. It was all such an easy process.
Returned to dismantle everything and again, all done so efficiently.
Excellent value for money, brilliant Customer Service and really friendly. Felt like we had known them for years. Would highly recommend Iain and will deffo be recommending him to all our friends. Thank You so much for everything :)

We needed some extra space for an event in December at fairly short notice, and Iain came round to see ihow he could fit a marquee onto the patio door out into the garden. We had used the party tent company before for a summer party so we already knew they were fantastic at what they do, but Iain was so helpful explaining how it would work and the heating etc it gave me confidence that we could successfully host the event. Everything was set up and taken down in good time giving us plenty of time to sort things out before and afterwards, and I think the prices are extremely good value for money.
I just noticed a one star review on here and read it before I wrote thiis as I couldn’t believe it was possible after how we have found them. If you take the time to read it, Iain’s gracious reply says all you need to know about him and the company.

Didn't know where to start when looking for a marquee for our daughters 18th birthday. Got in touch with one company who gave us the runaround and left us in a panic as the date was getting close. After calling several other companies we called Iian (correct spelling) at PTC and he was brilliant. Came and done a site survey, made some suggestions and agreed on a plan A or B depending on the weather. Set up a couple of days before so had enough time to decorate. PTC do what they promise, seamless operation and extremely competitive with prices. Would recommend them in a heartbeat - already have to a few people!
