We booked a 6x6 tent for a 30th birthday party. Other party tent providers had hidden costs but everything was straight forward and Iain was fantastic to deal with - superb communication and service.

Used the Party Tent company for a marquee for my son's 18th birthday last Friday. Iain was very helpful and professional from start to finish. We discussed requirements over the phone and then he came out to look at our garden and advised us on what size tent and where to locate etc. Priced quoted at time and deposit paid on confirmation of booking and did not have to pay balance until after the event. Marquee was put up early in the morning of the party which gave us time to decorate and add finishing touches. He came to take it down the following day as requested. Great service, lovely guy, very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again in the future. Iain at the party tent company was professional from start to finish, came out to check over our garden and advised us on what marquee was best.
Marquee was put up a couple of days before our party which gave us plenty of time to decorate it and they then came and took it down with minimal fuss.

I contacted the Party Tent Company along with some other marquee hire companies to enquire about having a heated marquee in our back garden to celebrate a family birthday. I'd never hired a marquee before so had a few questions and Iain at the Party Tent Company (Warrington) was the only one to come back to me answering my questions and offered to come and have a look to let me know what would be best. The recce was really quick and useful so I knew what I was hiring would be right for the party. The costs were also much more reasonable than the other quotes I had received. On the day they arrived when they said they would and had set everything up in just over an hour and gave us clear instructions on everything that we needed to know.
When they came to clear up again they arrived when they said they would and took everything down quickly and efficiently. Every single step has been dealt with brilliantly, really friendly and helpful and made the whole process as easy as possible.

We used The Party Tent Company - Warrington for our son’s 18th at the weekend.
Iain came over in December to advise on the size of marquee we would need and what would be included.
His quote arrived soon after.
A few days before the event Iain contacted us to advise when he would be coming to put the marquee up. He arrived on time.
Iain and his staff were always very polite and friendly.
The marquee was put up quickly and the electrics were explained to us.
The party was a big success with everyone very impressed with the lights and heaters etc.
It was the perfect size for what we needed.
The marquee was taken down quickly on Monday morning and again the staff were polite and friendly.
Highly recommended in all areas of what we needed and customer service.

We hired our marque for my 18th birthday and it couldn't of been any better ! The inside of the marque and outside was spotless, I had so many compliments about it all night and they where so quick putting it up and taking it down. Thanks again for making it so special!

The tent we hired for a surprise wedding anniversary party was spot on. Visually looked great with drapes, carpet and dance floor and the open space created a great atmosphere, rather than everyone spread through rooms in the house.
I know others enjoyed it too because they asked me for the companies details and have booked in bits too.
100% recommend.

We hired a marquee from Iain in the summer for my mums 60th. Everyone commented on the marquee and the heaters kept us warm later on. Great service and friendly staff. Would 100% recommend this company. Will definitely be using again. Thanks so much 🎪

phoned the owner six weeks before my event and he said he had the weekend available 14th 15th August 2021 our event needed a 55 capacity tent for 15th August 2021- he said he would put it in the diary and would contact me later. I chased him at beginning of August as we had only had phone text and whats app communications and he said all was fine and he sent an invoice for the deposit which I paid immediately 3rd August. On the 12August he told me he was coming to erect on Saturday 14th at 8am and then around 8am on the 13th I receive an email to say he has covid and cannot erect the marquee no phone call just a can't do it e mail his website says he has 29 five star reviews for providing wedding tents our party was a gathering of friends and family including my fathers 90th Birthday. The owner at Party Tents said I do not understand the events industry I have been in it 50 years as a business - you have to have back up if you become ill you cannot just abandon your customers and let them down AVOID THIS BUSINESS
