5 Stars all the way! Avoid the hassles and pitfalls of dealing with government workers at the post office or elsewhere. These people have all the answers to your specific needs to obtain your Passport. Go ready with all your documentation and ask them before you go what you have in identification for them to better serve you. Show up with two passport photos. They have it all and will make the process fast and easy.

Renewing my passport couldn't have been easier. Tony at the Passport office was very friendly and well spoken. Everything I needed was clearly communicated and I got my renewed passport faster than expected.

Thank you for your prompt attention to all things related to my getting my first US Passport. You made a very anxious process very much smoother. I am so glad I didn't go to the 1501 office! I paid for the 5-7 day service. Started the process on Friday 23rd and had it in my hand by Wednesday 28th! And that included a weekend so it actually took 3 working days! Fantastic. All very friendly and helpful and they gave me chocolate too! Well done all of you!

Paid extra for expedited passport services. Missed my plane because of their lack of expediency and clarification. Find some service more reliable with better customer complaint service.

The Passport Office made replacing my lost passport effortless in a very short amount of time. Their instructions were specific and easy to follow step by step. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend using their services.
