I placed an order in July ‘25. It is now December’25. Nothing has been sent. No emails have EVER been answered.
I think it is clearly obvious that the company has gone under.
It’s so sad. Sad they have gone under and sad they have not told their loyal customers.
Customers who have paid and not received goods should call their bank for a ‘charge back’.

I purchased as a gift for my sister, it brought her to tears! She loved it, the picture was perfect and looked exactly as the picture supplied. Definitely recommend!

I placed an order in July. It has been over 2 months and nothing has arrived. No contact from the company. I have reached out many times, through email, through instagram and through Facebook and I am yet to hear anything at all. There hasn’t been any human responses, just an automated ‘we are open mon-Fri’.
Terrible terrible service. Avoid unless you want to be scammed.

I place my order on the 17th of July. I’m yet to even have any communication from the company. I’ve sent 4 emails since and a message on Instagram and I still haven’t heard anything or recieved my order. I’m guttered, I’ve never had a bad experience with them until now. I’d have liked to resolve it and still received my order, but now I’d rather just have my money back. It has been 2 months.

I would very much like my order but am worried as I’m moving house next week and still not received.

If anyone can please get back to me, that’ll be great as spent a lot of money on this and I hope not to lose it.

I’ve ordered from here 3 times now and everytime it has been exceptional.
My most recent purchase arrived and I wasn’t happy with the turn out . I reached out and they said they’d provide me with a redraw and reprint and communicated back and forth until I was happy with the product. They shipped it immediately and it arrived so quickly. This is truly a fantastic company and provide such great gifts for close ones x

They was there when I needed them to give me a similar portrait to my old ones and they are just as good as my old pawtraits!

My Pawtrait is AMAZING! I honestly can’t stress enough how made up I am with it! It makes us so so happy.
The portrait is of my first dog Humphrey who sadly died suddenly.
The portrait really gives me comfort everytime I look at it, I can’t believe how accurate it is. It really does make me smile ever time I see it.

On my fourth order amazing pictures, fast at responding communication great and delivered fast will defo keep using makes amazing presents x

The art work is simply beautiful. I had an issue where Royal Mail posted my original print bent (and had been attacked by my dog despite signs to not post through my letterbox!) Pawtrait sent me another one! Great customer service on top of a great product.

Received much quicker than expected! The quality of everything including the frame is absolutely amazing. Bought for a friends birthday and now I need one!!. It was absolutely stunning can’t fault it in anyway. Thankyou so much❤️

I left you a review in January 2024. You replied here on the 24th July, saying that you had no record of my order (something you had tried back in January when I was chasing up the original order). I've since emailed you again, with a clear email trial showing my original order and all the times I tried to contact you and got fobbed off, and ....... no response again. So you are obviously not that bothered that your communication "fell short". I look forward to hearing back from you. December 2024 maybe?
