Excellent and very fast service
Excellent and very fast service from the company. I have only tried the thermometer once and it worked well - but I've still got to get used to it as I don't want to sit in front of my oven waiting for the beeps! I did a small piece of beef fillet and as I said it came out an excellent medium rare. I will be trying it on a larger piece next week and then will be able to make a final assessment. But so far so good.

Very good and quick on processing my order.
The only complaint I have is the choice of courier your company provided. Troll does not allow me to to pick up my missed parcel on the same day and I paid for the express delivery. It so happen I have missed the Friday delivery in the morning and had to wait till Monday to pick it up. It would not better if it send via Aussie Post at least I can pick up what I missed on the same day

Sorry to hear your experience with the delivery company wasn't a good one, especially when we asked them to leave your delivery at the front door if you were not home. I will definitely be forwarding this feedback to the courier company. We only choose to use Toll Priority as our express service (as they are quicker to some areas in Australia) when we do have an authority to leave from the customer for this reason exactly, we use Australia Post when a signature is required. So to hear that you had trouble is also disappointing to us!
Besides your experience with the courier company we are happy to hear your order was processed in a quick manner as we do try our hardest to get orders to our customers in time (even though the couriers are not always on our side). We are hoping you get plenty of use of out of your new Dalstrong knives for many years to come! :)

Amazing service!
At first there was an error with my order but all the staff were super hepful in locating the problem and shipping out my order quickly. They went above and beyond by even emailing me personally to apologise about the delay. I was really impressed and wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again.

Very happy with the product works really good and the Bluetooth works on the other side of the house which is a bonus. Be good if it had option for more probes and wifi so u can watch cook from the pub

Just because I purchased an item, it doesn't mean I want to subscribe to your junk emails....
EDIT: Further to the above, I sent the perfect steak co a message at 1612 on the 3/4/18 asking if the item had been posted. No reply.
I also sent another email on the 4/4/18 at 0845 asking if they could post another colour if the colour i ordered was out of stock and if they could send it express post as I required the item for this weekend. Again No reply.
at 1122 I received an email from ebay saying the order had been posted.
At no point did I receive a reply from the perfect steak co.
