Only negative was the delivery company damaged the goods but that is a separate issue.

As a suggestion in future, if I order from you again please allow Australia Post to leave the delivery in a safe spot. I selected on your order form it is safe to leave the goods if no one was home. By not allowing this when you arranged postage I will need to leave work early to be able to go to the post office to eventually pick it up.

We looked into this and it was an error at our end. The default setting given to us is "Signature on delivery". When we checked your address we mistakenly thought it was an apartment complex so we left it as the standard option for safety. We called Australia Post and tried to change the delivery but they wouldn't do it for us. :(
I'm really sorry for the trouble you now have to go to taking time off to visit Australia Post Office.

I use a catch-all email address, so any service I sign up for uses the name of the service for the beginning of the email and my domain. I do this for everything as it's the best way to combat spam and companies who think it's ok to sell your email address. So after making a purchase using my email theperfectsteak(at)mydomain.com imagine my surprise when I started receiving newsletters and ads from other companies addressed to the very email I used only to make a purchase from here? Uncool and very bad business model. Easy enough for me since I can now block that email address, but not so easy for most other customers who only use one email. Won't be buying from you again.
