I purchased 2 ChefAlarm Thermometer and Timer - Black, a week ago service and delivery were excellent, which i posted in another rating earlier.
What i didn't say was after i placed and paid for my items i was looking through the rest of the items on the web site and found they had freebies :-) and the transaction of my order had gone through. I emailed the company and asked if i could possibly have 2 of the freebies as i had just noticed them, and that it was ok if it was too late for this to happen... To my surprise i received the freebie gifts in the mail on the 2nd day after i received my 1st delivery. Excellent customer service.

Does what it says on the tin
I got what I wanted, paid in a manner I wanted, and received my item in good time. Packaging could have been a touch more robust but it's just a box - the product was fine. Plus I'll gladly blame Australia Post for anything related to shipping.
