If i could rate minus numbers I would. I am genuinely furious at the lack of customer service I have received since ordering a perfume from this company two months ago.
I have been lied to, called a liar, ignored for weeks, promised a refund and then told I will not be getting one two weeks later. Your staff have told me for 2 months now they are going to resolve the problem for me, the last message I got around two weeks ago was from a member of staff called Raymondo I believe, who told me he would find out if he could get me compensation for the absolute lack of care I have received and the complete inconvenience of waiting for a response and solution for two whole months. A member of staff Abby was the first person I spoke to who was no help whatsoever also. The team told me that they were going to raise this to the correct team, I have asked for a manager it doesn’t seem like I have spoken to one. I have asked for this to be raised as a complaint and to be taken seriously, it has not.
Two months later is ridiculous. I have asked for proof that this item was opened, it has STILL not been provided. So how can I go to my bank to go against this with no proof.
This whole thing seems so calculated. Leave the customer with no response for two months, she will forget and then has no proof she has requested to get the refund.
I am genuinely appalled. You have lost a customer that has been coming to you for years, as well as other customers whom I have told.Never in my life have I received customer service so poor.
Raymondo and Abby, your customer service skills need serious attention, as someone who works in customer service I would be devastated if a customer was treated by myself as you have treated me. This is the scammiest company I have ever ordered from. Fuming.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
We visited the perfume shop, not really intending on buying anything, but the excellent customer service from Cara and Jill, with all of their positive suggestions and knowledge, convinced us to buy some products. Their great interaction and friendliness ensured we'd go back again, and this was fantastic service and how you like to be treated when visiting any shop. I would highly recommend a visit and the ladies are a credit to the business, without any doubt.
