Town branch , great service from Lou. Very welcoming. But the other staff need more training as when I went there first the lady who served me wasn’t very helpful. Then I came back after hour and Lou served us . Well she was amazing and served us with full respect and very helpful service . She also made my daughter present looks amazing .

Luckily for me, my favourite Assistant ,
the charming Cara was available !
Last November, she helped me to select a few Xmas gifts , and in February, Cara proved immensely useful to advise on a special birthday present for my daughter.
Cara is kowledgeable, polite, patient
and genuinely customer orientated.
Cara is cheerful, enthusiastic and has a contagiously positive attitude. She really loves her job and she looks diligently after the customer. Cara is an asset to The Perfume Shop.
I will be back for the Xmas gifts !
