Perfume Order
I went into the store to buy my favourite perfume as I had a voucher for the centre to spend and it wasn't in stock and a very helpful assistant called Alex offered to order same for delivery to my home and told me that I could still use my voucher and took all my details and voucher payment and I am very happy to say that the perfume was delivered to my home two days later plus I had access to tracking information. Excellent customer service.
