Zero customer care
I would leave no stars but this is not an option.
Still pending a refund way out of service level agreement and dates agreed for same. Product has been returned and received in store. Disappointing customer care & no further on with my refund. I have chased daily only to be fobbed off each time. No manager call back received. Customer service staff are zero help once money has been processed. Avoid at all costs. Not professional. Not helpful. Highly disappointed.
