Elizabeth helped us out at the bluewater store today. Genuinely such a lovely person, looked after us really well, we felt like VIPs. Barbara in bluewater is lovely
I asked Barbara in the Bluewater store for advice on a spring/summer fragrance for my son (he has already tried a few and couldn’t decide). She automatically suggested 3 and went out of her way to get testers for us. He ended up buying 2 of the 3 very happily and really likes them. She was friendly and kind and looked after us so well, giving us a discount and some freebies. Can’t recommend this store highly enough. Our second experience there and last time the staff were all helpful too.
