Had a lovely shopping experience here last week. I'd come into the store looking for a gift for my mother-in-law, but had no idea what perfume she liked. I was served by Jade, she was super helpful, asked me questions about my MIL so she could get a feel for who she is as a person and what she would like. Once we decided on the right perfume Jade gift-wrapped it beautifully for me! Well, I gave the gift yesterday and my MIL said "how did you know this was my favourite?!" So excellent service and a successful gift mission! Thank you! :)

Jade helped me find the perfect gift
I came into the store last week looking for last minute birthday inspiration, I struggle when it comes to selecting perfumes/aftershaves as I lost my smell to covid so I often rely on other people, on this particular day I was served by Jade, she was a lovely girl, really knew her stuff, within a couple of minutes and after a few questions Jade helped me pick the perfect scent! Great customer service
Went into store to buy one of the Miu Miu perfumes. I had a lot of gift cards (around 8) that I wanted to use to purchase my item which I was worried about becoming potentially burdensome. I was served by Tallulah who was very patient with me and advised me well when it came to making use of discounts. I also was able to smell a few other fragrances I was interested in whilst I was there. Great customer service
