Great shopping experience.
On entering the store my wife and I were greeted with a warm welcome by Jamie and asked if he could be of assistance to us. I had only called in to see if they had a tester of a Tom Ford fragrance before committing to a purchase. I was pleased that there was one as I had called unsuccessfully at 2 other stores previously. He talked to us about what fragrances we liked and suggested a couple to us based on our preferences. He was not pushy and made us feel like valued customers. We both ended up making a purchase (not the Tom Ford fragrance) and thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience. We will definitely use this store again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Every time I come to this store the staff are always so lovely and helpful, they truly want to help you find the perfect gift & not just to sell you something for the sake of it, today I had a lovely chat with Maryam who gave me plenty of ideas on which fragrances to go for!
