Went in today and was served by Tash, she was so kind from the jump and knew exactly what I wanted straight away. She always has the most positive energy everytime I go in and I always go back to the perfume shop because of the top tier customer service ☺️ I also wanted to add that Jamie and Maryam were there and gave me the best customer service alongside Tash. Had a lovely shopping experience here last week. I'd come into the store looking for a gift for my mother-in-law, but had no idea what perfume she liked. I was served by Jade, she was super helpful, asked me questions about my MIL so she could get a feel for who she is as a person and what she would like. Once we decided on the right perfume Jade gift-wrapped it beautifully for me! Well, I gave the gift yesterday and my MIL said "how did you know this was my favourite?!" So excellent service and a successful gift mission! Thank you! :)
