Visited the Bury St. Edmunds perfume shop today with my fiance and found the whole experience amazing. Hollie was on hand to help us find the perfect scent and didn't give up until we were happy with our choices! 100% would recommend, top customer service from Hollie! Thanks again!

The girls in there are so helpful, wanted a fragrance for my husband and Michelle helped me choose the perfect one. She was so kind and patient, I would give 6 stars if I could!

Visited The Perfume Shop in Bury St Edmunds yesterday again and the service was once more outstanding! The girls could not have been more helpful, helping me choose two perfumes for me & my partner. The ribbon for my partner’s present was beautiful. Thank You Michelle & Anna, I will be back soon.

Went into store today and spoke to Holly and Michelle, who went above and beyond helping me choose a fragrance for me &my Mum, they even gift wrapped my Mums fragrance with a personalized ribbon. I look forward to returning soon

Lovely shop staff and speedy delivery

I went into the perfume shop with the intention of buying a new aftershave for myself and a new perfume for my wife, with Holly & Vidi’s help, I walked away with an amazing new smell and my wife is over the moon with her new perfume!
Holly & Vidi are the peak of customer service and I can’t thank them enough for their help! They really went above and beyond!

The staff, couldn’t have been more helpful. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was a very pleasant experience especially as the shop was very busy .The lady that served me was so helpful, wrapped my perfumes beautifully and even printed out a personalised ribbon .

Poor communication after requesting a stock update email. Had to send a complaint in order to get yhd advertised price. Some good deals though and postage was promt. Ladies in our local shop are very helpful though.

I went to the perfume shop in bury st Edmunds. I spoke to a staff member who I believe was called Holly. She was extremely helpful and kind. She had great knowledge of the scents and was able to pick out multiple perfumes that I ended up loving

Free sample of perfume was a nice bonus to my order.

Mum’s favourite.

This is mum’s favourite perfume, and though I can get an imitation of this perfume elsewhere, it’s just not the same as seeing her face light up when she sees that red bottle.
While The Perfume Shop was brilliant, the delivery was less than ideal, it would’ve been easier for me to do click and collect but I’ll know better for next time. My parcel was shipped on the 1st and arrived at its collection point on the 4th, but I’d had no communication from Royal Mail to say that it was ready for me to collect, I had to get in contact with The Perfume Shop on the 10th December to find out where my order was. Thankfully the customer service I received from The Perfume Shop was swift. Luckily the lady at the collection point knows me and kept it for me, otherwise it would’ve been sent back.
