Fantastic Customer Service
We went into store for my son who was looking for a new scent for his 13th Birthday to add to his collection, he can be very fussy so i was extremely grateful to be served by India, she was patient and offered extremely high levels of customer service nothing was to much to ask for. She helped us with many new scents and advised us of all the offers the store had I ended up buying more than what I was expecting as she was just so helpful. I have been back to store and even bought another perfume. India was fantastic and a credit to have her working for your store. Thanks again for your time and help in store with my son he is very happy with his new perfume so Thank you !

Great customer service
Visited the Colchester branch and was served by a lady called India. She was amazing. Very friendly. We asked for certain scent and she was knowledgeable and pulled different brands for the requested scent. She also made us aware of the offers available.
We finally bought a very nice perfume from the shop.
