We had an enjoyable experience yesterday. Kay provided exceptional customer service; she was very patient, knowledgeable, and always wore a smile, which is rare in today’s face-to-face interactions. She also highlighted the best deals without making us feel pressured to buy. As a result, we (or should I say my husband) ended up purchasing more perfume than originally planned, but we made significant savings - much better than the offers in Boots. Thank you for making shopping less stressful!

My experience today was fantastic! I came into the store looking for a fragrance as a gift for my sister. I was greeted by Rhys with a warm friendly smile. He asked me how he could help and what I was looking for. He was very attentive and tried multiple samples whilst always checking if the scent was a long the lines of what I was looking for. His charm and friendly made the whole experience so much better. He was informative on the different brands and deals. He was patient too. I found the perfect scent for my sister and an amazing deal. I’ll most definitely come back to purchase my own scent. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly.

Both kay and Char were great.

I went into whitgift centre in Croydon on the 24.05.25 as i wanted to purchase a perfume but was looking for a bargain buy . I knew i had little time to make a purchase but was overwhelmed by the sheer number of perfumes on offer. As i browsed i was greeted warmly by the shop assistant and she was very receptive and kind. She went the extra mile to help me make my choice and gave me samples to try . She never rushed or put pressure on me to make a purchase but was very patient whilst i made my decision. Service with a smile in wishing me a good day.
